They are right when they say you should never idolize someone, as they will never live up to the God-status you expect them to be.  :'( :'(

Looking great THE EFFERVESCENT. I have an inquiry .. when other aspiring lifters see you in real life or here on getbig, do they get inspired? or discouraged?

I am asking because for example I used to be inspired by legends like Hercules but I am not foolish to go try to strangle a lion.

PS: sorry for the example but I could not find a statue of Heracles with bigger muscles and the bat in the right place.

look at the stats: I am a 6'0 250 pound natural. I rarely lift weights, and I drink way too many empty calories in the form of alcohol.

I'd say my body has the genetics for bodybuilding.

You actually are quite lacking. The lack of legs, back, glutes, triceps make you look like another self deluded weekend warrior.

Here I am demonstrating the importance of being thicker than a normal human.

This is an advanced technique not recommended for intermediate level trainers.

Note the skin tone..pleasing.
fixed for accuracy.

Groink is always a man of many muscles. Clearly, many a butt-hurt getbigger is lashing out in this thread due to their bro-mance being rebuked by the Effervescent...a case of the ladies protesting too much, methinks?

Seriously Groink: did you have good arms as a kid? Like, just the genetic blessing? Or was actually tough work to make them grow?

We all get gifts. My arms suck compared to yours. I've given up hoping for arms that look like that.

I got shitty genetic gifts - big legs and calves and back. Girls do not throw themselves at men with big legs and big calves and a big back...not exactly high on the most wanted list for chickas. It does seem to attract old italian men, who want to recruit me to help them with their masonry businesses. So I have that going for me...
