all things being equal ... would you have a positive, negative or indifferent reaction if your daughter has a boyfriend who cycles steroids regularly as part of his lifestyle? (and bodybuilding is just a hobby for him ... he doesn't earn a living with his physique.)

I'd be pissed, but not because he was a juice head. It'd be because, deep down, I'd know he was getting her to pay for all of his meals, let him borrow the car, and she'd be spending her time setting up his schmoe sessions. That my friend, I could not handle.

If he's calm and collected, why would I care? Whether or not he uses supplements to enhance his physique will not skew my feelings towards a person. If he's a Jersey Shore Jabroni and wears Gucci glasses, spray tan, and leases a 3 series bmw on his $14 an hour salary? It may bother me then.

It still beats her dating an alcholic or a recreational drug addict and we are in no real position to judge since a large number of us use use steroids in some way be it hrt or real cycles.
That being said im dreading the time coming when my daughter dates, she is only 4 so its a long way off yet but still.

and "all things being equal" except one guy has no addictions and the other uses gear as part of his lifestyle (which may or may not be an addiction depending on how you view steroids.)

As an very overprotective dad id say neither, she wouldnt date ever, but realisticly the guy not using gear but there is a world of difference between sensible use and being juiced out your mind.
