When I meet women and we are having sex for the first time they want me to use a condom because they claim they dont know me well enough and I might have something but after having sex a few times then they allow me to go without a condom because they feel more comfortable, women are so weird how does getting to know a person automatically make them clean they could still have a sickness and you dont know its a very strange rule.

this is true... women are typically adamant about "You MUST USE ONE" but I think it's often so the guy doesn't think they're dirty. Yet, after 2 weeks of hanging out, somehow they magically decide the guy must be clean and maybe is worth a baby, and suddenly they're fine without using one.
Good observation... baffling how they go from guarded to "anything goes" in such a short time.

I have single friends my age or older that have a no-condom rule since they feel that being older entitles them to having sex without one. Twisted logic that I will not abide by. Granted, these are guys that have been married before with raised kids, etc.

Umm simple. The more times you meet someone, the better you can gather info on the person, sexual habits, friends, lifestyle, health etc. As opposed to two hours in a night club.

Yes I think you would have the same problem with the condom though, in the sense that it can kill the mood so not much different.
The trick is to use it leading up to the event if you know something is on the cards, but you are right it can be a bit odd and needs to be put diplomatically.
Sometimes you can even secretly do it (my preferred option), takes a little bit of skill though (or so I have been told) ;D
Still if you are with a regular hook up then its the easiest thing to do in the world.
