To answer your question: Okay I will share my training philosophy:

Warm up: 20 bodyweight squats

Work sets: Jump off the nearest 10 story building

Repeat when necessary.

It looks delicious. I am a bit of a nutritional klutz and usually just over-eat protein and moderate carbs and get fats where I can. I try to eat as much whole food as possible, but in the US, it's tough to find foods that aren't processed in some way: the chicken looks like it came from mutant turkeys, the beef isn't grass-fed. Who the fuck knows about the vegetables? I am guessing that you get some farm fresh veggies in Romania.

Anyway, although for a moment it makes GB looks like the Food Network, thanks.

You might be surprised but I believe you have a better chance to find organic food in US. I have a lady from a nearby village come by every friday morning and I buy homegrown geese, rooster and chicken along with eggs and whole milk. Veggies? Supermarket variety although in the summertime there is some homegrown stuff if you have a trustworthy source. So most of the time I am stuck with the supermarket crap as well. It takes passion and planning to eat good but if you really want to it can be done.

We don't pull into a random gas station and pull some random hose and start pumping whatever is there.. same with our bodies: we need to consciously choose what is best for us, understand nutrition and how the body works, and control the quality and quantity according to the purpose sought.

I use plain oatmeal, an inch of organic vanilla stick that I cut and scrape, a little organic cocoa and organic cinamon along with the banana and hot water

I find that hard to believe, the diet is impeccable. I've used the same diet many times, keeps you full and energetic. When your stomach is full you tend to deviate less from the diet plan.

I am all about learning to control what I eat. The body and the mind under the watchful supervision of the spirit. So if I notice I eat something because I "like it", I cut it and replace it. I also will eat the ingredients I "don't like" because it has to be purely functional and not a slave to taste.

Modern "nutrition" and cuisine is all about the taste. Fry everything in a little oil or butter because it "tastes" better. Well, fuck them and their "cuisines". I am ushering in a new era where people learn about whole foods and the body and choose that to eat based on the physical needs as in optimal choices.

    1/3 cup hot coffee
    1 cup (7 ounces) granulated sugar
    1/3 cup canola oil
    1 large egg
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    3/4 cup (3 3/4 ounces) all purpose flour
    1/2 cup cocoa
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1. No it won`t.  It was just a small percentage of my calories yesterday.  I could have made it more of course if I wanted, but I only ate 700 calories in Cupcakes yesterday.  Have to have more today!

I do agree. While my inner physicist just wants to break it down to "energy input/output" I do realise that there are significant differences in regards to biochemical/nutritional properties between different diets. Hence, IIFYM vs brodiet on the same caloric intake, will, ceteris paribus lead to different results. Although I'll leave the significance of the difference open, since my knowledge is far too basic in regards to this subject

I'd say there are good and bad processed foods. Stating that every processed food is bad, or the reverse case, is quite a strong claim.

I always try new things or recycle old ways .. for the moment, I want to find a formula that can be maintained as everyday eating .. when I want to get ripped I do no carbs though

Filet Mignon is not near as flavorful as a Ribeye. Its very low in fat and very low in flavor although tender.  You are much better off with a different cut of meat.

I'm more referring to stuff like TV Dinners and pre-cooked shit.  I prefer having the raw materials so that I can properly prepare it myself

The name is French and it's pretty to look at, but in reality the tenderloin is one of the most tasteless cuts of meat on a steer. Just because you can cut it with a spoon doesn't mean it's a great steak;
That is fine and dandy apenis.. but here people eat so they can get cut not for taste.. and the tenderloin is the leanest cut which serves it's purpose and is the best cut by far .. you chase taste so you keep touting the fattier cuts .. generation nothingness

maybe you are so bitter because you suffered when you got ripped on chicken breast oats and brocoli so you went on this crusade with eat whatever you feel like to get cut

Warm up: 20 bodyweight squats

Work sets: Jump off the nearest 10 story building

Repeat when necessary.

haha yes.. I am sure that with your explosive power and skill as a trained fighter (or was it in the rough streets of your nighbourhood) that you got your experience

Filet Mignon is not near as flavorful as a Ribeye. Its very low in fat and very low in flavor although tender.  You are much better off with a different cut of meat.

ribeye is delicious. sell it cheap at my local lidl. i eat it most fridays (leg day treat) now
