Started picking up weights again on Feb 26th as an OCD challenge to yours truly; rule := #beers allowed <= number of set performed. Cigs 1/2 of said previous rules on a 24hr basis.
Found my measuring tape today while unpacking, fuck it, let's face some digits.
Pre OCD Challenge Stats:
17 3/4" arms
50" chest
38" waist
27" 'legs'

Today's stats:

very basic approach. 3 days split pull/push/legs. start with compound Like bench, squat, Military press, pull ups, deadz, bent over schmoes.
then lateral raises on pull day, biceps and triceps isolations.
the cauck isolated post workout meal while laying on my back.
