I got up at 5, cooked and packed the food, ate breakfast plus coffee, at 8 I was in the gym, at 10 I was out of the gym, ate the second meal there, then off to a different club, trained a client, back home, rest and eat, then back to the club, train 4 clients in a row, and at 7PM the working day is done. This is typical for my Monday, Wed, Fri. The meals take me MAYBE 5 minutes to eat each so you dont feel them. I carry food with me wherever I am. I hope this answers your question.

I talked to them about nutrition at the end of the class. I guest taught a group class based on my circuit training in november. 80% were hot I agree.

breakfast/meal 1 - 09.30 - 4dl oatmeal in 4 dl milk (let stand for about 10 min, than ready) + 2 cans of tuna
meal 2 13.00 - 0,5 liter milk + 1 scoop Whey Isolate
thats it so far...nice work with the photos!

It was fun. I was trying to help the owner of the studio to boost the stalling business. Later she accused me of trying to infiltrate her bussiness for client hahaha... I did it all for free and bought her presents as well as she was struggling at that time. Studio is closed now or about to close :-\
