strong hint for anyone who wants to help--dont talk to me like a child and scream orders in capital letters with words like NO MORE FUCKING ADJUSTMENTS and acting like Hitler
doesnt fly with me
anyhoo---it continues,...everyone else is more than welcome to chime in with advice
although i have a path set out
remember--i dont eat gluten or dairy and im allergic to eggs

Google "CarbNite" I lost 70lbs in 6 months on it. Basic keto/refeed like Pasquale's "Anabolic Diet".

Josh, unless you're aiming for insanely low body fat figures or have any designs to 'don the thong', I'd workout 5 times a week, and eat more of the good stuff and less of the bad stuff. You know what the good stuff are, eat those. You know what the bad stuff are, eat less of those.
Do this for a prolonged period of time and you'll have your results. It takes time, nothing else.

6 whole eggs
1 whole rotisserie chicken
5 carb balance tortillas
Water
Eaten over 5 meals with the eggs for breakfast and 1/4 chicken at the other 4 meals. One tortilla per meal.

Simplest diet advice you are ever going to get.
USE A SMALL PLATE INSTEAD OF A FULL SIZE DINNER PLATE.
3 MONTHS LATER YOU WILL HAVE LOST WEIGHT.

Did not know you were that easily offended to be honest with you, that was not my intention. You started making adjustments for no reason whatsoever. Keep up what you were doing and it will work. Other than that, good luck. I am here to help anytime you need it.

Mount a ten speed bike (with toe clips) onto a "wind trainer". Get a cardio monitor (chest strap type). Start at one minute. Exercise every other day and go one minute longer each time. At the end of two months you are going 30 minutes without stopping.
Then, still every other day, using the heart monitor, raise the heart rate a little each day until you can do 30 minutes at 160 beats.
I am always sure to use a heart monitor with a strap. I always suspect that the cases you hear about guys dropping dead on an exercise bike or treadmill (Like famous author Douglas Adams) is due to "overrevving" so to speak.
Be sure to have a tv and dvd player handy to pass the time. Sieg heil
