At a body weight of 168 i did 450 squat for 10 reps and 355 deadlift for 6 reps, right now i am weighting 175, but pound for pound i think i am the strongest on getbig is there anybody on here who can beat those lifts.

Honestly though, someone who can squat that much over their bodyweight for reps would be able to deadlift and bench more just from the body being accustomed to handle that much weight.

I squat with a wide stance and my hip joint goes to my knee not below so i guess i squat to parallel and not below. The problem with my bench is that i did not bench press for over two years i was doing mostly incline with dumbells to bring up my upper chest. I just started benching again so maybe that has something to do with it.
I freak out everbody in the gym because i do not look big but i squat so much.

Surely if you're going down to parallel (femur parallel to the floor), your deadlifts should be at least 10% HEAVIER than your squat???

i just maxed out yesterday. i've been cutting weight and trying to bulk simultaneously. not the most effective way, i know, but i feel i should be relatively slim as a good starting point. a month ao i was about 210, now i'm 195.
i benched 355 for a double
squatted 590 for 3
deadlifted 605 for one rep
as much as i love bodybuilding, my build is much more conducive to powerlifting. proportionately short arms and legs, very, very thick joints.
despite that, i still think my lifts are pretty damn good for an 18 year old. never done roids or anything like that. the only things i use are GAKIC and propeptide.

1) we all know you squat on the Smith Machine, 2) If your bench is that low, I seriously doubt you are doing deads or squats correctly. Until you post a video, I think that you're just some kid that wants to feel good about himself, even if that means being dellusional.

How old are you and how long have you been training? I trained for 2 years consistently and by the age of 20 years old I squatted 600 pounds, deadlifted 550 and benched 410 pounds all max lifts. Official usa powerlifting numbers, so they met of course the requirements for a true lift. No suits used just the belt and wraps for squats. With these lifts I am still quite far away from beating the world records for my age and bodyweight. I got into bodybuilding now so I don't do a powerlifting style work out anymore but still get up doing reps of 8 with 500 pound squats and 450 pound deads. Currently 21 years old. I can do the numbers previously mentioned in 2-3 months max. I'm thinking of putting a video together and submitting it here on getbig sometime in the near future after I my second bodybuilding contest.

You're 6 foot and weigh 76 kilos which means you're a skinny bean pole right? Contrary to what some might say, there's a direct corrolation between muscle size and strength so at your weight and height, you're not carrying much muscle.
Sorry but skinny guys with no muscle do not squat 450 to parallel for 10 reps, it doesn't happen on this planet, only in your dreams. If you' practice you might be able to get it off the rack with the use of three spotters. You post a pic and prove me wrong... ;)

As for lifts, powerlifting is one rep max not sets of ten. If you want to test your strength, max out and then get back to us.

At a body weight of 168 i did 450 squat for 10 reps and 355 deadlift for 6 reps, right now i am weighting 175, but pound for pound i think i am the strongest on getbig is there anybody on here who can beat those lifts.
There is absolutely no way you squat 450x10 at 168 pounds and 6 feet tall. Maybe 185 or 225 pound squat. Try telling it to people who have no clue like yourself. Not seasoned lifters.

i used to do dumbell press and machine press for chest because the so call experts claim that bench press does not give you a great chest because so many other muscles are involved. If they put you in weight classes in power lifting based on height and not weight then that is really stupid.

You should be using much more than 155lbs for stiff legged deadlifts if you squat 450 easily. That's really out of proportion. And wouldn't your quads be too fatigued to squat heavy after sets of 20+ reps. Doesn't sound right.

I pulled my back doing stiff legged deadlift about 2 years ago since then i do not use heavy weight on that exercise plus my lowerback is tired after all the heavy squating. I cannot understand what kind of workout you do, why would my quads be fatigued after 20+ reps i do that so my joints are totally warmed up before i go to 455.

leg extensions 4 sets 25 reps eacg
Squats warm up 135 lbs 20 reps
Squats warm up 225 lbs 20 reps
Set 1 315 lbs 25 reps
Set 2 405 lbs 17 reps
Set 3 455 lbs 13 reps
Leg press 7 plates on each side 2 sets 12 reps
Machine Hack Squats 1 set 25 reps
Stiff legged deadlifts 2 sets 155 lbs 10 reps
Leg curls 2 sets 10 reps
Thats it folks my entire leg workout.
Seven plates a side for leg press is pretty light after squatting 455 for 13. This sounds like complete bullshit. You obviously have never come close to these numbers or you would have realised this. I'd say the only squatting you do is on a toilet.

You are the one that has no idea or you would know that after doing 315 for 25 reps 405 for 16 reps and 455 for 13 reps your legs are drained so you cannot go heavy on the leg press.

I can do more than 7 plates a side and yes I do my squats first - 3 sets of them, and my squat is no where near the numbers you are claiming.

and as far as you being able to get your squat up to 600... man, if your claims are true, i'll give you a little over 500 for max. now, do you really expect it to be "easy" to add another 100 lbs to your squat??

Wednesday was another leg day after warm up i did 315 for 25 reps then 405 for 14 reps, the reps felt easy so for the last set i went up to 475 lbs, this weight felt totally different on my back when i took it out of the rack i made two small steps backward and it felt like my body was about to twist in two. Some people stoped their workouts and turned around to watch me, i got 12 reps with the 475 and when i racked it,some girls started to clap and whistle that was kinda cool, one of them was giving me a lustful look i did not get to talk to her but next time when i go back to the gym i will see if i can get the hook up.

What i am going to do is work on my bench, right now i am only benching 195 pounds but the difference is i bring the bar down untill it touches my chest for 10 reps. A lot of people bench heavy but they only bring the bar half way down.

Your numbers don't make any sense. 500lbs easy on squat yet your leg press is nothing special, and the rest of your lifts are lopsided as well.
If your stats were more balanced, (at least a stronger leg press) then I would give you credit.
