You're 6 foot and weigh 76 kilos which means you're a skinny bean pole right? Contrary to what some might say, there's a direct corrolation between muscle size and strength so at your weight and height, you're not carrying much muscle.
Sorry but skinny guys with no muscle do not squat 450 to parallel for 10 reps, it doesn't happen on this planet, only in your dreams. If you' practice you might be able to get it off the rack with the use of three spotters. You post a pic and prove me wrong...
