At a body weight of 168 i did 450 squat for 10 reps and 355 deadlift for 6 reps, right now i am weighting 175, but pound for pound i think i am the strongest on getbig is there anybody on here who can beat those lifts.
no offense dude but i used to train with a 165 class powerlifter who squatted 765 and deadlifted 695 officially, your lifts ain't shit.

Any BP numbers?  Nice squat. I'm guessing you're new to deadlifting, hence the huge difference between your squat and your deadlift.

if you can deadlift and squat so much but bench so little you probably have a really overdeveloped butt.

i just maxed out yesterday.  i've been cutting weight and trying to bulk simultaneously.  not the most effective way, i know, but i feel i should be relatively slim as a good starting point.  a month ao i was about 210, now i'm 195.

i benched 355 for a double
squatted 590 for 3
deadlifted 605 for one rep

as much as i love bodybuilding, my build is much more conducive to powerlifting.  proportionately short arms and legs, very, very thick joints.
despite that, i still think my lifts are pretty damn good for an 18 year old.  never done roids or anything like that.  the only things i use are GAKIC and propeptide.

I never said i am flat out the strongest person here. But if you compare bodyweight to strength then i am the strongest.

i'm pretty sure my lifts beat yours pound for pound and i don't think i'm near the strongest by that ratio.

who cares how much you lift...bodybuilding has nothing to do with how much you lift, only how much relative to yourself. It's all about genetics and small joints.
