So you get to the gym put on two plates on the hack squat do a few reps looking half asleep then you sit on the bench and check your facebook to see if you got any likes on your permabulk pictures you saw that a few fat women gave you likes and told you that you look great so you feel good.
Now are you ready to get hardcore and real ok here is the trainer hardcore leg blitz
Squats 5 sets of 20 reps superset with dumbbell pullovers for 15 reps
lunges 5 sets of 15 reps
stiff leg deadlifts superset with leg curls 6 sets of 10 reps
You most likely wont survive this workout session and you will be too tired to check your facebook, but dont worry if you can do this for 6 weeks you might start looking like an actual bodybuilder and when you put new pictures on facebook you might start to see sexy girls liking your photo.

Try doing those 20 reps squats and see how long you would last, most likely you would not finish the session.

This is what I do to you twinks, last month I was doing leg press when a twink ask me if he can work in with me I said dude I am using a lot of weight he says its ok we just strip down the plates when its his turn so i decided to teach him a lesson.
When it was his turn I said dude you are too big to be using such light weights you can do more come on bro, and i put some more plates on the leg press the fucker ego got the better of him so he tried to press it up and got stuck and i help him to push it up but very slowly then I said dude now you understand why you cant work in with me and he walk away with his head held down.

My actions where justified I told him I had two more sets to go and he can have it, stripping off and adding back plates between sets is a pain in the butt, you dont see black belts and white belts fighting, train with someone at your level.

I train at a lot of different gyms depending on my mood, hardcore and power lifting type when I want to see ripped muscular or strong beefy men, and fitness type when I want to look at hot chicks.

Some time ago we use to do 5 sets x20 with 315. U r right I couldn't and I wouldn't want to do it now. High Rep squats are no joke
