Squats 5 sets of 20 reps superset with dumbbell pullovers for 15 reps
lunges 5 sets of 15 reps
stiff leg deadlifts superset with leg curls 6 sets of 10 reps
You most likely wont survive this workout session and you will be too tired to check your facebook, but dont worry if you can do this for 6 weeks you might start looking like an actual bodybuilder and when you put new pictures on facebook you might start to see sexy girls liking your photo.
