What's the difference between that and grilling or pan searing them?

What's weird is that free-for-all method generated the bodies of the 1980s and 1990s.

The supposedly clinical precision of today's IFBB pro off-season diets gives us alien stomachs and bloated faces at 4% BF.

Insulin and hgh in colossal dosages give us that. Plus the dnp, hgh, igf and t3 negative the need to diet strictly.

Lots of ground beef, eggs, cottage cheese, fish.

One a week I make 3-4 lbs of 85% ground beef, drain most of the fat, season it, then mix it will a few large bags of success brown rice.  2 minutes in the microwave... very convenient.  I eat this 2 hours before training... makes me strong as fuck.. tons of energy.

Dont you get tired of brown rice sometimes, I just went back to white rice but I am mixing it with beans to keep the fiber high.

Yes, but it works so well for me.  Beans give me very stinky farts.

Nobody online ever mentions this, probably because anyone old enough to remember it is fucking dead, but when I was a kid,all the top guys in the mags would just eat meat + water with an occasional salad here and there.

I`m going way back, but they looked far better than the bloated fucksticks that pass for bodybuilders these days..they even had striations, veins, and clean seperation between bodyparts!  :(

if navy_mike swallows his pride, sets aside his own "diet" plan, and does your salad + boiled breast regimen for 2 weeks
I guarantee his cheekbones will be sharp enough to cut glass.

The junior shit pushed it so far from its original intended purpose that the backlash is now forcing it back to the other end of the spectrum, where it should be. Happens in any place or situation where things get out of sync because of bullshit.

Supposedly the Ultimate Warrior did a can of tuna and orange juice. Maybe tuna shakes are the secret.

Lean steak or tuna and pineapple for the enzymatic digestant aid.

Plus copious amounts of spring water or sparkling water.

You will lean out.

No, I only eat it every day. What's that? Some kind of vomit-suppressant?
