The thing is, my diet is on point. The quantity however exceeds what my medium-slow metabolism and weight training split can break even with, or even cause fat loss. So I'm consistently at a surplus. But my weight hasn't budged in the last six months. I'm 224 with upper bicep veins. Just no definition in the core, other than blocky abs behind the layer of visceral fat.

Basically I just eat a fuck ton of rice and chicken. It's that if I eat at a deficit or maintenance, I feel hungry and eat crap food. So I prefer to eat clean but excessively.

I was 240 for a long time 20-22% ish. Then dieted down to 215 15% kept that for a while, no im dieting slowly and im under 207 or so. I would say im around 13. Im actually pretty happy with this. I wouldnt mind staying at 200 even or even 195 and have most of my abs, doesnt really matter though.

Diet wise, I just did starve diets, for weeks at a time, I never had a rebound or anything. I didnt regain all my fat over night etc.

I look like navy_mike did at 240 in his diet thread. Almost identical. But he might've been on gear, so he was holding more water. On the other hand, he has more muscle and possibly a wider clavicle. And a bigger head.

My leanest was 11%. I was measured with a 7-site caliper. I would've liked something high-tech like DEXA or hydrostatic, but what're you gonna do. Right now my body fat is 16-17%. My lifts are good but my strength is lower than my peak in 2008. I can't bench 315 for reps down to the chest anymore, but I can do 275 for 5. Have a shoulder, knee, and tricep injury as well.

I wish. If I was cruising on as little as 250mg a week, I could probably do that.

I mean, I already take breaks but they definitely affect the way I look the next day. Takes 2-3 days to shed the water and reset the clock.

I feel the need to put the diet on hold when I'm stuck in traffic or something goes wrong in another area of my life.

Fortunately I never don't have time to lift weights, so if I feel like cheating and I don't want to, I go to the gym and follow the Ronnie method. He mentioned in a FLEX article about 8 years ago that when he doesn't feel like doing shit at the gym, he goes and does supersets of ab exercises then some cardio. Once his BP and HR go up to scratch, he can lift heavy again. I tested it those times I didnt feel like working out, and it worked.

Cutler used to cut his chicken with scissors when he cooked it. Erik Fankhouser used to put coffee powder directly on his oatmeal and eat it raw. These little tricks can go a long way to make the diet work longterm.

Grab a handful for each meal and you`re good to go.

I`ve been doing this so long,I can almost guess the amount in ounces in a handful.
