Regrettably that's a west coast and mountain state thing. But I have dined there many times. The limit is 4 patties but that's enough.

The thing is, my diet is on point. The quantity however exceeds what my medium-slow metabolism and weight training split can break even with, or even cause fat loss. So I'm consistently at a surplus. But my weight hasn't budged in the last six months. I'm 224 with upper bicep veins. Just no definition in the core, other than blocky abs behind the layer of visceral fat.
Basically I just eat a fuck ton of rice and chicken. It's that if I eat at a deficit or maintenance, I feel hungry and eat crap food. So I prefer to eat clean but excessively.

I was 240 for a long time 20-22% ish. Then dieted down to 215 15% kept that for a while, no im dieting slowly and im under 207 or so. I would say im around 13. Im actually pretty happy with this. I wouldnt mind staying at 200 even or even 195 and have most of my abs, doesnt really matter though.
Diet wise, I just did starve diets, for weeks at a time, I never had a rebound or anything. I didnt regain all my fat over night etc.

My lifts are good but my strength is lower than my peak in 2008. I can't bench 315 for reps down to the chest anymore, but I can do 275 for 5. Have a shoulder, knee, and tricep injury as well.

I wish. If I was cruising on as little as 250mg a week, I could probably do that.
I mean, I already take breaks but they definitely affect the way I look the next day. Takes 2-3 days to shed the water and reset the clock.

That's the nice thing about being on steroids. You can hit a wall for 3-5 days and fuck up your diet, and then after like 2 days back on, you're back to alpha mode again.

I've been giving serious thought to no longer cooking my chicken breasts whole. I was thinking maybe of tearing them to pieces and putting them in tupperware in shrapnel form. Cutler used to cut his chicken with scissors when he cooked it. Erik Fankhouser used to put coffee powder directly on his oatmeal and eat it raw. These little tricks can go a long way to make the diet work longterm.
There's something about eating food whole that makes me get bored of it.
