Title: Meat and Bodybuilding
Post by: Roger Bacon on April 30, 2014, 10:01:59 PM
I get the idea that we're too obsessed with meat and protein when we get wayyyy more muscle building nutrients from other food sources.

What's the best way to clean carbs? Water and soap?

After cooking wash the food with hot water but dont use too much soap cause it could kill the taste.

Well, you could rinse out most of the gluten from wheat flour by washing it with water (no soap). No joke.

There's a 225 pound guy in my gym, consuming 550 grams of protein ("I always listen to my coach"), and most of it is beef.
Guess I'm pretty humble with 215 grams of peace from eggs, whey and quark (no homo)

Your diet is shitty you need to add sweet potato, brown rice, avacado and olive oil for a real mass diet you will see better gains.

Eat too much brown rice and sweet potatos you'll get fat.

Eat too much white bread and pasta you'll get fat.

All carbs, all sugar, all can make you fat if consumed in excess.

I eat my high carb meals in the mornings and post workout, at night I have medium to low carbs in my last meal that is the trick.
