I agree and I dont get why bodybuilders are so afraid of carbs when I eat a lot of clean carbs my muscles look hard and full.

i dont count proteins but i often eat meat and chicken 3 times a day, i wonder how much protein in this(small steak + small chicken breast)i think at least 60 grams of proteins
Your diet is shitty you need to add sweet potato, brown rice, avacado and olive oil for a real mass diet you will see better gains.

Eat too much brown rice and sweet potatos you'll get fat. Eat too much white bread and pasta you'll get fat.All carbs, all sugar, all can make you fat if consumed in excess.
I eat my high carb meals in the mornings and post workout, at night I have medium to low carbs in my last meal that is the trick.
