I aways tell you halo that your diet could be better, thats how you need to eat buy some tupperware go to the supermarket get olive oil brocoli, avacados, brown rice, steel cut oats etc, do a big cooking put in tupperware put in fridge and when you are hungry put in microwave.

You should try eating ALL of this for a while. See what happens. If you think you are starting to get fat (and be reasonable with your assessment) then simply stop and back off for awhile. I guarantee you'll be surprised and pleased with the effect of eating over 4000 calories a day. Just remember, if you over do it, it only takes a matter of weeks to drop the fat you gained. You seem to be genetically predisposed toward leanness and may get away with eating more than somebody else. I know for me there was a period of time when I was LOSING weight eating over 4500 calories a day.

200-250 protein = 800-1,000 cal
400 carbs = 1,600 cal
<80 fat = 720 cal
3,200 cal roughly. Eat this until you stop gaining. Then eat 3,400 and repeat...Do not jump into 4,500 cals a day, you will gain fat guaranteed.

20 mg dbol pre workout
Keeps me at a vascular 220...

Nah man I'm with oldschool on this one. The pros don't need as much food as they eat to be so big. A lot of them take advantage of the fact that their metabolisms are so high to overeat in order to avoid feeling hungry. These guys have bigger appetites than their muscles need to be that size.
Consider when they're leaning down for a show, they still eat more than the average person, and yet they're still hungry. They don't get very fat off-season because they bodies are calorie furnaces. If they were natural, they'd be morbidly obese. The drugs matter so much in the equation.

No its because I, like many lifters/bodybuilders, get PAINFULLY HUNGRY every 2 to 3 hours..I have no qualms eating 1500 cals then going 6 hours in an emergency..but even then I will be hungry again in 2 to 3 hours lol.

Just 250 test and 20mg dbol preworkout right now, cruisin. Like I said I cannot imagine how the pro's do it lol...Grams and grams of shit and carrying a lean 280lbs+ They must just be perpetually hungry all day lol..
On some Branch video his wife says something like "You don't want to see him when he's hungry" or something, she is a very nice lady so that probably translates to "He will bite your hand off like a pitbull for touching his food while he's eating" lol

I needed 5,000 calories a day to maintain 240lbs...And I'm not talking 2 whole pizzas a day. I'm talking very specific macros, namely 300g+ protein, and low fat. It is extremely hard to do this without drinking 6 shakes a day...
They need the food. Period.
Most pros need 500g of carbs to handle their insulin dosing alone...Jay was on 1,000g carbs a day at 300+lbs...That is 4,000 calories of carbs alone.
280lbs @ 10% bf...You fucking need 6,000 calories a day...Bare Minimum.
