Ok stupid question...when fasting is taking supposed calorie free amino supp ok? Does it hinder fasting?

It triggers insulin release so it breaks the fast, strictly speaking... this may or may not be counter-productive, depending on your goals

Why do you fast?  Fat loss?  Insulin sensitivity?  Health?

Why do you fast?  Fat loss?  Insulin sensitivity?  Health? 

Just starting off another mini cut with a 24 hour fast...been binge eating and drinking beer for weeks now and need to drop back down. I follow no one/galeniko type protocol when cutting. Not trying for contest condition. Just 6-8% year round. I'm probably almost 10 with my 5000+ cal a day junk food days becoming the norm lately.

Ok stud. Swimming is good for your health. Taken just for you :-*. And this is as fat as I get eating 5000-7000+ cals and 300 mgs of nut butter.

What are your stats and what is your daily diet and what cardio do you do and do you take stims.

At the moment Im finding it difficult to believe you maintain that condition on 5-7,000 cals.

Oh, and what do you do for a living?

I do high volume fast paced workouts. Always fasted. 1 hour to 90 mins. Sometimes 20-30 mins of cardio 2 times a week after weights. On top of that I do 45-60 mins of bodyweight/light db exercises for strength and endurance 3-4 times a week separately. And I work in a bar and restaurant 6-12 hours 6 days a week. Constant movement the whole time and lots of stairs. Stats are 6' and 190-195lbs. Been eating a lot of junk. Dbl cheeseburgers,whole jars of pb,beer,etc.

I doubt you are eating that many calories but you look great, IMO. Especially with that drug intake find the calorie intake hard to believe being that lean still.
