Yes once you pour the water out most of the carbs are gone and the rice is now a low carb food, so you can eat a big plate of rice and you will lose weight and get ripped.

Apparently, you are using too much water. Use the correct amount of liquid and it is completely absorbed by the rice. You also might try using chicken stock instead of water. The rice tastes great and you will benefit from the added protein.

On the other hand, if you are trying to cut your carbs, just eat rice paper.

Yeah what a dummy, I usually like to store my boxes of rice next to steak, the protein has a way of shuttling to the rice to form pro-rice.

Sort of like Voltron but cooler and way less catabolic.
