Agreed. We've all seen what happens when huge bodybuilders wrestle with the common man.

If he was after me, I would take a leasurely jog around the block and them come back to take a piss on his prostrate, gassed-out body.

Retarded physique and even with all that weight couldn't swat them aside like flies.

What's worse is that he walks away from that "wrestling" match with a torn hamstring for fuck's sake.

I don't know. Something tells me Ronnie wouldn't do too well in trying to wrestle anyone with decent cardiovascular shape.
Here is Ronnie after doing mandatories. Seriously, the man has to wear a non-rebreather mask after hitting a few poses? That shit is used for hospital patients that are heavily decompensating, it's not meant for bodybuilders striking a few poses.

Granted, I am sure Ronnie is a much better athlete than Piana, but when it comes to oil or esiclene, all of those guys use it.

Coleman was a real athlete like Heath who can still dunk a basketball. On top of that the guy did have combat training. Rich is the standard bbing fraud.

Solid trolling attempts slipped into two separate sentences.

I would not wrestle with this lady. :D

Watch the bit of his video when hes getting changed at the end of shift, guys fucking exhausted just taking his t-shirt off, which disgustingly he puts in the locker for tomorrows shift. :-X
-
Reminds me of the rich piana video where he gets owned by a 150lber and wrecks his knee hahahaha

What a schmoe. ;D

Bodybuilding is cosmetic. A real humbling experience for a juiced up bodybuilder is getting into the ring and box a couple of rounds. Another is to roll on the mats with someone that knows what they are doing.
I remember running a charity 5k race in town a few years back. The local chain gym wanted to be represented and the owner put a couple of their juicing trainers in the race. It was ugly as chubby soccer moms went by them. They looked sick when they crossed the line gasping for air.
Bodybuilding and doing cardio could be one of the best things you can do but it just has gone the wrong direction. You have bodybuilders trying to do every exercise in the easiest way possible by short stroking the range of motion so they can ego lift big weights. Combine that with all the drugs and it just gets about as far away from a healthy activity as you can get.

Well he is arround 5% bf completely dehydrated and probably not high on stimulants like so many at that "event"
Somehow I think he was one of the few who really didnt use any kind of seo
Looking at those very old vids of Ron at weightlifting events he allways had extreme armsize and his shoulders remained average compared to the rest of his body, and those are the two bodyparts in which these "athletes" like to use it most
his "proportions" never really changed
He was THE freak
-
Ronnie was extremely strong and would have probably been taught some basic combat skills during his police training course.
He would have easily over-powered the average guy in a confrontation.

It actually sounds funny. Is there a YouTube?
I've always felt that if you consider yourself an athlete you should be able to run a few miles.

Always wanted to know who the coog with the big knockers on Ronnie's left is.

I have the reverse line of thought: Look at his arms now and try to believe they had no oil back in the hey day.

If Ronnie remained true to his track record, she was his next baby's mama. ;D

On the "Unbelievable" DVD, Ronnie did front squats with 495LB for 10 Reps. He was not breathing heavy at all. He was talking normally right as he racked it. Same with 495Lb for easy reps on barbell Rows
He would've thrown most guys around like rag-dolls
-

Well, to be fair, he's all PMMA. He's no Ronnie Coleslaw in terms of muscle.

And that was in 100+ degree heat as well.

I'm sure plenty of schmo-mos paid good money to 'wrestle' Ronnie during 'private posing' sessions during his rise to the top.

Nobody had Ronnie pegged to win the 98 O. He was known as the Texas bodybuilder who was police officer with big arms, who occasionally beat Flex Wheeler.

No friggin way.

Wonder if Ronnie was ever involved in forceful arrests....... If so, the people he roughed up could probably pursue some sort of action against the pd. Being that steroids are illegal and increase aggressiveness, I'm surprised whatever department he worked for kept him on after blowing up on boatloads of drugs.....

Could you imagine him slamming a suspect down on the street or on a side walk? Jeez.
-
The "average, untrained," guy then yeah Ronnie ragolls most. Take another genetic freak, without PEDs that trained, and were still 100 pounds or more smaller than him: like Jordon Burroughs or Ben Askren , and he gets rag dolled and thrown around like a baby.

No doubt......probably through the sidewalk. 8)

I think that, against a trained guy, Ronnie would be very dangerous for the minute or so.

Commendable effort! (Ronnie)

Well, Darren is a brit and wants to be a "hard man" so i assume McLean and the rest were his rolemodels when growing up. (Donnie)
