Looking at those very old vids of Ron at weightlifting events he allways had extreme armsize and his shoulders remained average compared to the rest of his body, and those are the two bodyparts in which these "athletes" like to use it most

his "proportions" never really changed

On the "Unbelievable" DVD, Ronnie did front squats with 495LB for 10 Reps. He was not breathing heavy at all. He was talking normally right as he racked it.  Same with 495Lb for easy reps on barbell Rows

He would've thrown most guys around like rag-dolls
