Man I am frustrated on monday I was doing traps with 405 pounds on the barbell when I felt my back tighten up I kept going then I felt a pain across my back I still finished my workout but I have being in pain and have not being able to workout since, I got some muscle relaxers at the pharmacy today so hopefully I can get back to training.

Bullshit. 405LB shrugs is fairly light for 260lb beasts.

I had 525 on today for sets of 12 and I'm probably 25 years older and I didn't have a problem. Sound like you're weak...son.

A bright person when getting older would think abiout reducing poundages and training smarter, you on the other hand are pushing in the opposite direction.

The trainer has promised to go to Vegas on August 6th (or thereabouts). He has promised to show up in Vegas at a shredded 250lbs (or thereabouts).
He has promised to supply pics to prove his epic mass/cuts combo.
Looks like he injured his traps 2.5 weeks out.

You will not get away with this one you little twat, get ready for TO on August 6th if you don't cough up the pics.
If the trainer doesn't cough up pics to back up his about 250lbs, about 8% bf claim. Please stick that little fucker in TO for a couple of weeks.
He's trolled the crap out of us for two months straight, condescending on training and diet and AAS protocols and now he's backing down and already lining up excuses for August 6th.
IMO trolls should be shown the naughty corner now and then so the G&O re-establishes some credibility with real members and keep post quality up.

Is he a project of yours coach ? it would be pretty smart business for you to show you could actually get somebody in shape too, not just athletic and sports performance

I was doing pyramid weight training I was nowhere near my heaviest set, and you can strains from wear and tear in the gym not necessarily from your heaviest set.

We have a lot of general clientele that come for various goals, weight loss, etc. but unless we're dealing with obese clients, when they see fat drop and body composition change they quickly (and happily) understand there's more to "weight loss" than just what's on a scale. Any one can "lose weight".
