I have so many pictures of her and Arvilla. One of my favorites is the animated gif of Mike in the back yard ripping his shirt off and doing a most muscular while wearing a cowboy hat (no homo).

Agreed, Mike and Laura are getbig legends.. for one let's give him a break
Mike, big respect man, I use to give you shit way back when but you always took it and laughed it off.
I have tons of pics of you guys that I will go through and relive the old days
say...what ever happened to that little dog that you guys use to have?
1. Did you guys eat at Jewels Verne restaurant in the Eiffel Tower?
- that is probably the most expensive meal that I have ever had
2. Did you guys walk on the Champs Elysees and eat crepes from the street vendors?
- I ate about 20 in one day, all with Nutella
3. The Louvre is awesome, I spent 2 full days in that place, what are you thoughts on it?
- The Mona Lisa is small, the painting across from it is more impressive
4. When you buy bread they hand you the bread with their bare hands, that always annoyed me.
5. Did you do a most muscular on the Tower?
6. Did you see the Moulin Rouge and all of the sex shops next door to it? Did you pick up any toys?

Offseason diet:
Protein pancakes-2 cups whole wheat pancake mix, 1 scoop vanilla protein and 1 carton egg white (sugar free syrup)
Alternate every 2-3 hrs Tilapia with rice and steamed fresh spinach; chicken with baked potato and fresh green beans.
Protein shakes
Then according to how I look in the mirror I'll throw in a cheat meal of pizza.
I'm in the gym daily with 45min-1hr cardio in addition to weight training
