Offseason diet:
Protein pancakes-2 cups whole wheat pancake mix, 1 scoop vanilla protein and 1 carton egg white (sugar free syrup)
Alternate every 2-3 hrs Tilapia with rice and steamed fresh spinach; chicken with baked potato and fresh green beans.
Protein shakes
Then according to how I look in the mirror I'll throw in a cheat meal of pizza.
I'm in the gym daily with 45min-1hr cardio in addition to weight training
