Heath looks bigger, but Rhoden has overall better shape and flow to him. Rhoden should be Mr. O. Not Narrow Heath.

Heath is more compact and fuller muscle bellies.
Saying that Rhoden can/will beat Phil is just a personal opinion from some people.

The question is, would it be more profitable for the companies to replace the current "challenger to the Sandow" Kai with Wolf? Would they be able to make more money on a hyped battle between Heath and Wolf?

Ron told him to train every bodypart twice a weak and he wouldn't do it, said it was too much for him

it's pretty insane tho
i train everyday but one bodypart at a time
so that means a 5 day split without rest days
i cant imagine getting everything done in 3 workouts, that would be epic 4 hour workouts

This gif, or something almost identical, was floating around after last year's O. I prefer Rhoden's shape and flow but no comparison when you see what they were like on stage.
I don't know how true Rhoden's backstory about not lifting and being fat for ages then suddenly becoming amazing is true but would have been interesting if he had broken through younger. He must be 40 this year?

At the "O" level they are all champions, then you have an athlete like the "Gift" who just takes it to another level. It's going to be exciting to see what package he brings to the table this year. I would like to see him take the sport to the next level. We will just have to wait and see though because there's no way to anticipate what kind of improvements he made until he gets unwrapped on the morning of pre-judging. There's a lot of guys this year in the line-up who I have my eye on. Word on the street is that we might see a few surprises from a certain middle-eastern mass monster. I can't say anymore for now but insiders will know who I'm talking about.

Yeah I've seen Rhoden when he was training with Ronnie and 212 competitor Corey at metroflex , Rhodens physique is not impressive at all in person and he was training like a pussy
Phil looks ten times more impressive in person
I don't get it with Rhoden, yeah good structure/shape but as far as impressiveness goes even Cormier looked much more impressive in person and a lot of guys would say Cormier didn't look too impressive in person

and I remeber years ago in 2005 when lift studios first introduced Phil Heath on a thread. It was when that Mo elbasouni guy said he was gpoing to win nationals that years,bragged about it for months on getbig then liftstudios posted what he was up against and that man was "The gift" Phil Heath/ heath did win that show and become pro I think he was 23 or 24 at the time. funny it seems like yesterday but that was 9 years ago and at that point i didn;t think I was looking at a 4 time mr.olympia physique. Phils come along way.

Whatever happened with mo elbowmacaroni? He had a good physique
