it's pretty insane tho

i train everyday but one bodypart at a time

so that means a 5 day split without rest days


i cant imagine getting everything done in 3 workouts, that would be epic 4 hour workouts

This gif, or something almost identical, was floating around after last year's O. I prefer Rhoden's shape and flow but no comparison when you see what they were like on stage.

I don't know how true Rhoden's backstory about not lifting and being fat for ages then suddenly becoming amazing is true but would have been interesting if he had broken through younger. He must be 40 this year?

At the "O" level they are all champions, then you have an athlete like the "Gift" who just takes it to another level.  It's going to be exciting to see what package he brings to the table this year.  I would like to see him take the sport to the next level.  We will just have to wait and see though because there's no way to anticipate what kind of improvements he made until he gets unwrapped on the morning of pre-judging.  There's a lot of guys this year in the line-up who I have my eye on.  Word on the street is that we might see a few surprises from a certain middle-eastern mass monster.  I can't say anymore for now but insiders will know who I'm talking about.
