You can see the massive height loss is in his upper torso. His neck and spine has squashed together, resulting in a few inches of height loss. His legs are still that of a 6'1" + man.

I dont like this look on him, to be honest.
Dude's nearing 70 with a history of heart problems, surgery, etc.
His body got smaller over 2 decades, as it was meant to be. Not saying he turned into a fat slob, but when you're 55, 58, 62, 64 and you have ticker issues, being lean and light is 100% the way to go. The heart can't tell if it's 230 pounds of muscle or 230 pounds of fat. It prefers 180 much more.
I think this muscle gain is ego-driven (who can blame the dude!?) but he should not keep that large for long. It's a big shock to the system of a dude that got small for over a decade.

I agree with your points but that is small for Arnold. I do agree trying to be big at that age is a mistake. On side topic I don't think he was ever 6'2". More like 6' tall. He might even be 5'11" now.

arnolds prolly running alittle primo,which he loved back in his day, and some HGH, thats prolly it i would imagine.hes got so much muscle memory its insane,the man was a walking tree in his day

yeah, i'm not worried about his use of test at all. It's the weight he's carrying that he DIDNT carry for a decade. Just an extra 15 pounds, that's a major difference for a dude nearing 70 that hasn't carried a 15 pound dumbbells on his back for a decade.
I'd be MUCH happier seeing a skinny arnold laughing on a beach with the kids and/or grandkids, lean and laughing that his muscle days are behind him. Trying to bulk up and hang out with bodybuilders with a history of serious heart probs? No way.
I think arnold has the same problem many pro BBers do.... they've been 'the big guy' their whole life. Being a bodybuilder with big muscles is their identity. Hearing "What happened to you" and "you lost it all!" over and over and over... it's demoralizing to them.

Arnold wasn't slimmed down for the last 10 years, there's plenty of times where he was still big.
But right now he's in top shape again as he's just filmed t5 and appears to have another role coming up he's staying lean for, his diet is strict . He just spoke about it in india.

The guy was smart enough to go from being a poor son of an Austrian village cop to marrying a Kennedy, being worth hundreds of millions of dollars, and becoming governor of California. I have a feeling that he probably has the sense to get regular medical checkups and listen to the doctors - I'm sure they'd clue him in if he was too jacked for his age or whatever.

Arnold will most likely die in ten years or less no matter what. Most men croak in their 70s. Why would he be any different especially with the long list of health issues he has had. Maybe he wants to go out looking jacked.
