Which muscle grow the easiest, or just don't respond and are lagging and why do think this is?
For me:
Best bodyparts:
Tear drop muscle ???
Rear delt ???
Worst bodyparts:
Triceps
Hamstrings
Calves
I think my triceps and hamstrings lag because I train at home with free weights so don't have access to machines to isolate the muscle.
For example I can really feel the contraction in the triceps with the tricep pushdown machine, whereas I cant feel anything with free weights.
Squats and deadlifts don't seem to do shit for my hamstrings, so I would probably need to use the leg curl machine to bring them up.
Calves I've basically given up on at this stage of ever getting them big, so I just go for walks where I focus on the contraction of the calves trying to keep a constant burn going. This keeps my calves in shape. If I stop walking I will lose an inch on my calves over time. Again I have no access to a calve raise machine.

Some parts like chest, calfs are just there all the time, even when not working out.
Worst.. abs, quads, the erector spinae or whatever it is in the lower back. No strength or size in those areas.

Not sure on best, but my worst is the Tibialis. I had some medical work on my ankle years ago, and had to wear a cast for a few months, absolutely devastated my lower leg development. The calves came back quick, alas the Tibialis not so much, constant struggle to keep them from looking like bony messes since then :).

Dunno if much stands out, quads are good (esp tear drop) chest and bis ain't bad and nice structure. Also helps that legs stay lean and have good shape regardless of a 5% fluctuation in bodyfat.
Worst is defo tris and calves. Calves are starting to improve a bit now, I refused to give up (they have shit insertions anyway) and have just gone to training them 3-5 times/week and am seeing an improvement. If they are bad so be it but not for lack of trying. Triceps have shitty insertions too but can't seem to make any progress on them. Currently training 2 x per week but will have to go back to the drawing board on exercises, volume or rep range cos not seeing much progress.
No plans on ever competing but I feel duty bound to try and bring some symmetry to my physique and see getting decent calves as a good challenge.

It's fucking embarrassing though. To me. I know if I go to a club or a random person checks out muscle they look at biceps, but every morning when I get out of shower and straighten arm (we all do it) there is nothing. You'd need lasers to detect the topology of my triceps.

My calves have always been a strong point even when I was like 12-13 years old they were pretty athletic... you can see that on pic #1 which was taken at age 14 when I was just starting to get into sports and especially working out. Now I barely train them at all and they are still good and even after a long break the calves are the last muscle to lose size. Pic #3 & #4 where taken after about 9 months of doing no physical activity at all, eating like shit and being in hospital a good amount of time and the calves still stand out. Same goes for the abs and to a much lesser degree for my quads and then delts&traps.
With my upper arms it's pretty much the other way around.. no matter how much energy I put into arm workouts they always grow slooowly and when I have to take a break for some reason (I don't just stop training for no good reason..) they lose size so fast that it hurts looking in the mirror.

my delts grow fast,my tris grow slow and my bis alittle better but not much,my back grows ok i guess and my quads r stubborn as well as calves. we got to work with what we got i guess,i never had the best genetics for bodybuilding.i was a good athlete in high school but being a good athlete and having awesome shaped muscles r 2 different things
this was 2 yrs ago around,i am working on my rear delts more cause my front and side delts were overpowering my rear delts

Thanks... it's in the family, even my little sister has pretty good calves, my father has like >20 inch calves without doing anything for it.
My forearms are pretty strong as well I'd say but I've did a lot to make them grow so it's a bit different.. and they lose size fast.
Traps and delts not bad either but to be honest they really took off when I started using gear and I see this very often... delts and traps seem to respond best to AAS.
I think my back is rather weak and I've got high lats but to be honest it could be better if I would have put more energy into my back training.
Biceps are just flat out horrible, no peak at all and very little size and not very strong either... I still use 50lbs dumbbells for curls.
Never meant to be huge anyway but I'm well past complaining about it...we all have our strong points and weaknesses and all in all I'm happy with what I got... at least I've got a big dick and I'd take that
over freaky arms any day of the week. Apart from my arms and lats I'm also content with my muscle shape, symmetry and proportion and the fact that I hardly put on fat even on ridiculous diets.
By the way I was never very athletic, only thing I've always had was good stamina/endurance and I've noticed that usually the people who are athletic by nature are usually those that will find
it easy to grow and build muscle.

I've got back into it 100% but then so much shit happened that I just could not put too much energy into training.
I really want to push it a little further now, add maybe 3-5 lbs of lean muscle and break my previous best lifts at least benchpress, squat and deadlift and
as soon as the shit is over I'll start my new routine and get serious about training once again... so I've still got a few goals that I must achieve... being able
to close the #3 Captain of Crush (legit competition rules) is one of them for example... 600lbs deadlift...405 benchpress... 405x20 reps squat.. will never get huge
anyway so no point in trying to get my arms to 19 inches, that is always going to be a dream and not a goal.

back : good middle/lower trap, rear delts, recovers fairly well, pump is great
abs : if im lean enough i got a 8 pack
hamstrings/glutes : suprisingly decent since ive started trainning them seriously (hamstring, no direct glute training ;D)
worst :

chest : super flat no matter how i train, recovery is shit
calves : only started trainning them a year ago...
quads : undertrained as well, working on it
arms : horrible insertion on BOTH biceps and triceps

That's actually more like my regular everyday shape.. as I said it's easy for me to stay lean so when I think of shredded I think of sub 8% bf with not too much water retention...
Just sucks that it's only impressive without clothes on while with clothes on you just look small especially when your arms are your weakness since everyone
is paying attention to the arms...when really lean I look fit in clothes but not like a bodybuilder.. while someone like Groink will have a hard time hiding the fact that he's one even
if he would try.
