The answer is pretty simple you are overtrained I dont care what you take nobody should be lifting 4 hours per day.

Just about every "big" guy on juice suffers from lethargy. It's probably caused by:
-Large quantities of food
-Brutal training volumes
-General stress to the body
Your ambitious sleep schedule isn't helping matters either. Get on some stimulants to combat the lethargy, caffeine + ephedrine is a good stack for the beginner.

Very strange I also train 5 days per week 10 hours total and wake up early in the morning to train and also take naps in my car when I have a break between training clients, and my workouts are more brutal to the body than yours since I do a lot of heavy compound movements squats, deadlifts etc.
Take some vitamin B12 that should solve the problem.

holy shit bbers are DUMB (not you halo just the culture in general). they think they need x amount of cals to train. train what? for a half assed hour? how many cals you think you need to do that? i'll go ripping on my mountain bike for an hour and a half, my heart rate pushing 150bpm for most of it, and i think i only am burning 200-300 cals at the most, and my body is numb after that ride im not peddaling down sidewalks here. but some bber who lifts something up and puts it down 12 times in an hour needs 4k cal a day.

i just dont understand the whole matter of a thing, i read a book by some dude "bernadott" a scientist of nutrition and there was a whole chapter on bodybuilding
the guy said basically the surplus is the most basic requirement for growth
he says without a surplus all the protein intake will be used for energy/maintenance of bodyweight
so for that you definitely need a surplus and then also a lot of protein, well acoording to the science guys not more than about 1;5 to 2grams tops of protein per KILOGRAM of bodyweight
so that would put me in the 140-190grams protein range

you need to get fat somewhere in your diet so your brain can maintain stable hormone levels - the ones which effect your circadian/sleep patterns may have dropped to almost nothing on your 'chicken/rice' diet. you also had a thread about feeling depressed. this could be why.
you don't want to eat more vegetables, fine. drink green tea. by the pot. there are 1000x more polyphenols/antioxidants/vitamins, and it provides some caffeine, as well as hydration. don't use freshly boiled water as it kills the potency. steep as long as possible. you should be able to buy boxes of 200 bags for less than $5.
weather changes and shorter daylight hours certainly can contribute to this.
or maybe you're just tired. if you have nothing else to do, sleeping comes easy.

As far as the overtraining myth it's total bullshit if your enhanced! you won;t go catabolic if your enhanced! I can train twice a day H-I-T and do 30 minutes of H-I-T cardio and I will feel fine the next day and as far as just training muscle groups once a week more bullshit!
I can train anything anyday. I don;t do that but I could if I wanted. I work my chest twice a week because that's my dominate muscle group, same with quads twice a week one heavy session and one pump session then i split hams and glutes for a diffrent day. I train triceps and biceps sometimes 3-4 times a week! Train forarms almost daily. Fuck i even train abs 3 times a week and abs show up when you diet some people don;t even train abs there so lazy and just believe they will come in when they diet wich might happen for them but guys who train their abs and diet they come in even crisper. train everything at least twice a week. H-I-T cardio daily! pussy, juice and machine guns or else your fucking beat!

well some are just pump sessions wich is where I use lighter weight and then i have a heavy day. fridays i have to get my arms pumped because that's what my girls like! C'mon you guys have done the same shit! you pump up your triceps and biceps and then go pout with your girl. same with chest. Girls love big chest and big arms and if your enhanced and not sore why not train them. I do switch the training style and volume but yes 3 times a week.

i actually always avoided arm work before clubbing because i figured that it would deplete them and a pump dont even last untill you get home from the gym

To top it off we also pose after we train and you know how that can take more out of you. maybe were just getting better gear or have diffrent mentalitys. Our diets are also immaculate! we use alot of complex carbs and we cutt them off at 5Pm and after that we all go keto for the rest of the day. we all eat alot of super foods no supplements! Its a fact in my own training. You can adapt to train every day if the training is not too brutal and heavy and you can re-composition your look and get leaner but you wont add significant new tissue without adequate rest and food.
Steroids are not a 100 percent barrier against catabolism. Those aches and pains are your bodies signals, they should be obeyed now and then.

very hard to go catabolic when your on gear. Like i said not everyday is a super heavy day. some days are just high volume H.I.T style training and some days are heavy weight low rep days with one minute between sets sometimes two instead of 15-30 seconds on our H.I.T days. Training each muscle group just once a week is what alot of people do but I think people can push it harder if there on gear. specially groups like triceps and arms. I can easily break down on how to train arms three times a week . arms are a smalll muscle group so you should at least train them TWICE a week but THREE times is possible of course there is going to be a heavy day and a light H.I.T. pump day.
You can have one day where you train triceps and biceps, train back and biceps on another day and train chest, triceps and biceps. Legs is the only muscle group I can see training once a week but I can work them twice. one heavy low volume day and one pump day. our crew does full body work-outs some days. we just don;t get tired or get that sore. I will admit to painkiller use so that does help and I admit if I do get delayed muscle aches if I'm not using painkillers. This is why nubain got so popular. I'm not taking anything nearly as strong as nubain just suboxone but it has enough of a effect where you don;t feel as sore plus with the juice no problem training hard everyday and doing cardio everyday.
