Interesting video... I know diffrent muscles are hit to a higher degree with Sumo Deads but do you think this gives an advantage ?

An advantage for what? I've never been a fan of sumo deads.

I am asking you numb nuts
-
you are a mod on here right ? :D
-
You asked if it gives an advantage, I'm asking in what regards? More reps? More weight? More back involvement?
It shortens the range of motion, lessens the angle of the leg more like a lockout, and moves the body more upright vs a standard dead so a sumo lift becomes more about leg lockout and hip drive.

so more weight ? shorter range of motion

so more weight ? shorter range of motion
I notice more weight becomes person dependent, some people just don't get the lift right. I never did, went right back to regular deads. Definitely a shorter range of motion and alot more lower body involvement.
