ive had christmass cake for breakfast since chistmass eve, as a result im now larger boned... ive gained 12lbs, im going to keep 7, as i think i was too lean before hand, how much have you studs gained
also, training whilest binging is as close to being back on gear as you can get, huge pumps etc

got hit with a bad stomach virus on Christmas day and didnt feel right until 5 days later. Ended up losing weight when it was done :(

Haven't checked weight yet as always get weighed on work scale, gut looks bigger but pants still fit the same. Look a bit bigger maybe the break from training was needed.
Got a meat hamper for Xmas and have lived on meat and crisps. :-X

just hit the tren hard and debloat for 2-3 days afterwards
bulking right now so i gained 4 lbs from xmas to new year whereas i wouldve normally aimed for 2 lbs gain over that time frame
dropped the additional 2lbs of bloat already tho
calorie surplus wasnt really much higher than usually but eating only 2 bigass meals a day instead of 4-5 makes me bloat like a motherfu**er
put in 2 very low calorie days between xmas and new year so that the bloat has no chance to settle
overeating periods are easily eradicated through a low calorie day here and there
last christmas i gained like 1lb a day for 10 days straight simply because i went overboard every single day instead of having a break here and there
never again lol

lol exact same here. managed to kill off nearly all the cookies and chocolate from st. nicholas day (no idea about the US but in germany its tradition to give your beloved ones presents (=huge amounts of cookies and chocolate)) and christmas by now without going over my calories...
still have an unopened christmas calendar full of chocolate left tho ;D

I too employ this procedure and make sure nothing crap is left by 1st January. Only gained 2lbs over the xmas holidays and my diet's been fairly good - want to stay lean enough to start my test prop / NPP stack in a few weeks.

our lass piles the shit in the trolly for the xmass shop at asda, costs a fortune, she eats next to none of it, i dont realy want it, but cant not eat it

Went back on the test around August after a five-year lay off. Basically I was feeling low as fuck and didn't want to go back on anti-depressants because they kill the libido and so I decided to self-medicate - adding 500mg a week of test E as well as an AI (arimidex) really improved my mood and got me going again. I still take the adex sporadically (1mg twice a week) because I seem to be very sensitive to estrogen build-up. Everything is back in order now and I've never tried short esters before for a 6/7 week cycle so I'm giving that a go.

I don't know how much weight I gained, but I do know I ate a lot of rainbow cookies

Lost 1.1kg in the week from eating diff food to normal. Been stressed too which hasnt helped but i dont have a sweet tooth and dont gorge myself anymore.

I am lighter on the scales and look slimmer in my waist, back, hips. I didn't get into the Xmas spirit this year and have been eating less as in my mind I was already on my quest to get into awesome shape for 2015.

Nothing to speak off was down 10 lbs from prep for the month, gained back seven in 2 weeks, probably water due to salty foods. I don't overindulge, it's hard to get me to eat enough as it is. 280 week before Thanksgiving- 277 tonight- on Test and HCG, ant- estrogens, injectibkle B-12, Arginine, etc.- -- added Deca and Dbol the past week. A wash as far as fat weight overall.

Yes. I am off season, but go to Intenceman.tripod.com , Those pic are from 1999- 2012. I am bit heavier now because I'm older and weight comes easy. Cuts- not so much. On an 8 month cut- 1 month in. I looks like crap.
