Naya Rivera shared a rather controversial theory about people's hygienic tendencies while guest-hosting The View on Tuesday, Jan. 13, and the Internet is not reacting well to her comments.
The Glee actress, 28, presented her opinion to Rosie O'Donnell, Nicolle Wallace, and the other ladies seated at the roundtable. "I have to say I have a theory about showering, [which] is that I think that white people shower a lot more than ethnics," Rivera remarked as Wallace started laughing. "I feel like showering more than once a day or every day is such a white people thing."

I don't know about it being a "white people thing", but I can tell you one thing for sure, it is an "American thing".
I have traveled all over the world extensively and you would not believe the "nostril cheddar" that folks in other countries give off. I am not talking about the usual culprits like Hispanics, ME or African territories either. The French can be down right hideous at times. Italians? Well, they didn't popularize the phrase "Italian bath" for nothing. British? "The paler the wench, the stronger the stench".

Top three right there for not giving you an olfaction assault. Though in most cases, it doesn't take those kinds of people long once they get here in the States freshen up a bit. Unlike their countries where everyone around them ignores them and pays their reeky ass no mind (probably because they smell just as bad themselves) over here people will speak up about it or at the least make it obvious they are moving to get away from them.

Lived in many countries and Americans normally shower daily, but not people overseas. I think Greece may have been the worst where people were like twice a week. They might fill up the sink and hit the hot spots, but full showers every single day would be very rare.

HA!...I understand how you feel....I had stopped posting for almost a whole year because I was tired of the idiocy, nonsense and racial baiting...I returned three months ago and it seems to have gotten worse....the way out there theories.....the irrational Obama hate which is mostly racial but no one will admit it........and the race-baiting which is going on in every single thread....before it was good-natured...now its just viscious and in EVERY THREAD NOW....and a lot of the new comers have signed on to this nonsense and they are worse than the old-timers
