He's owning up to it and cooperating with police and offered blood tests. He's also showing big time remorse for the victims. I know their checking phone records for texting while driving but like most celebrities who try to get out of it. He's "manning up" .LOL @ Bruce Jenner manning up, good one.
if he was texting, then yes, he needs to go to jail. This is an epidemic, it really is. Drive around at night, almost EVERY driver on the road has their face lit up with the blue light, face down, half-paying attention. If you watch Keeping up with the Kardashians like I do (no homo), they all use their phones while driving. In this case it is possible Bruce may have been touching up his lipstick or eyeliner and was momentarily distracted.
Toss in how casual they speed and often drink before driving... it's disgusting how commonly accepted this dangerous driving has become.

Phones are a huge distraction no doubt. We all might be guilty of it at one time or another. I know I am at times. But then I pull up next to a cop and he's either on his personal cell phone or texting on it :-\
He could have been looking at his phone not necessarily texting. That's just as dangerous but not against the law.
Maybe where you live it isn't, but it is in Oregon and in California where this accident happened.the thing is they can't prove that he was looking at his phone. A text proves that you used it but they can't prove that he was using it.

They match the phone (texting records) to the time of the accident. Not that hard to investigate it.True... Most phones say when a text was read.

You do realize you've changed the subject, don't you? You posted that it is not illegal to use your cell phone while driving when in fact in California, where this accident happened it is.How have I changed the subject? No I don't use my phone while driving. If I need to take a call or text then I pull over and stop my car. I don't take my eyes off the road ever. I have a lot of wild life here and I would never want to kill anything.
If a digitally enhanced closeup of the photo taken by the paparazzi reveals that it is not a cigarette in his hand but his cell phone, he's in for for a pile of trouble.
Why do I have the impression you talk on your phone while driving?

Okay, I'll spell it out for you. We were discussing whether it is legal to use your cell phone while driving. I replied that where Bruce lives it is illegal to do so. You replied that it can't be proved that one was on their phone unless they are texting. The subject was what is legal, not what can be proved....therefore, you changed the subject. It is "around" the subject.

Police, CHP, and Sheriff's are exempt from the cell phone law.
Since he is transitioning into a women so is his driving skills :D
Since he is transitioning into a women so is his driving skills :DProbably goes the same for lil Kim in transitioning to an Asian woman.
Not sure if serious?

There was once a glorious time when people like "Bruce" who decided to become weirdos were exterminated.
As were all useless persons.
