He is on gear for sure. He even admitted that him and his friends "experimented with testosterone" in Highschool and when he was in Highschool his family was extremely poor and he stated that they couldn't afford thanksgiving dinner so they would pray that someone would invite their family over for dinner. Now he's a millionaire don't you think If he was on gear as a kid when he was poor that he would probably be taking some now

Yes he isn't as big when he's not shooting a film but he's still huge. He posts videos of his training on instagram. I still don't think he's ever been as big as he was in pain and gain. He's def gotten smaller since but still huge he's like 6'5 255lb

His carb timing is indicative of insulin use.

this guy trains his ass off obviously. seen him here on Oahu many times (maybe like 12-15 times) at the gym and he trains pretty heavy on compound movements and doesnt take long breaks between sets. so what if he's on gear, most of the population could take the same thing and still wouldnt have his work ethic. he has anything at his disposal, dr.'s, nutritionists, chefs etc. why not use them.

Fuck off.

I call BS on his meals.  He is an actor, not a competitive bodybuilder.  He doesn't need to eat like that to maintain his physique nor does he likely have time to eat like that on any kind of regular basis.

Gatorade is toxic waste. But if someone would give me a million dollar sponsor deal, I would drink it all day long

I wonder what his steroid program is.

That's not what he really eats.

The ON "Platinum" Whey is doing all the work obviously.

He's been juiced for decades and has great genetics.
