Because until I know what he/she was born as that's what I use to describe "her". The bb community has to allow any transgender to compete wherever they want as they don't want to touch the lawsuit or bad press behind it. I'll refer to them as the gender they where born with. In the early eighties the judges wrongly penalized and woefully marked down a muscular Bev Francis.. Yet Bev was all woman, and always portrayed herself in a feminine manner.. Bev's 'crime' was that she was just way ahead of her time.. She was considered unusual only because she was 'too big' which was still not accepted at the time and so she got marked down for it ..
In the case of the subject athlete of this discussion; I think it's sickening how in this politically correct world that everyone is afraid to make a statement anymore.. I feel that judges should send a message showing their disdain for this 'she beast' by penalizing 'her' as well.. The only way you can stop this is by not rewarding it.. It must be an NABBA thing.. I'd be shocked if she wasn't genetically a man at some point. We laugh at the changes these she beasts go through, but that is the most naturally manly one I've seen. You can usually see a little femininity poke through on even the worst of them, not so on her..

Since bodybuilding is subjectively judged i would say that, looking at most female bb champions, big breast and make-up are mandatory if you want to consistently place on top.It might be a nabba thing as I recall another competitor Christine Envall who competed in nabba and she is huge like a man. She is Australian I think.
Clearly the judges don't have a problem with this since she's placed well.

How is she different? She is a cut above and almost certainly a transgender, not a natural female.
She is completely different to the freaks she is standing next to. There is zero oddness about her other than the bikini. All the other girls are a strange mix of two genders. She is a dude without a dick in a bikini. In a way, she's actually less freaky looking than the other ones.

She's been on Male hormones for 16+ years. It's basically a sex change. The changes take time. I did go and watch that video on page 2 and she looks a lot more female there. She's just taken them so long she's basically a man and probably has strong male characteristics to begin with.
Yaxeni has curves. Ok FBB's lose them a bit when they compete but she has them.
