I tried to wait a bit past say 15 min of my humalog shot to take in carbs and that was a terrible idea, lol! How can you go so long without carbs? Your meal must have been closer to your shot.
I take my slin shot pre workout and it's 3 hours past my first meal. I find it hits faster when you have less food. I tried it twice just to see and I sweated out my gym clothes. Anyone who knows what it's like to sweat your ass off and how it makes you stink (or is it just me?) knows what I'm talking about.
To anyone starting this, gonna say to be very careful as I really would not wait so long to take in carbs.... I had to rush to my locker and eat 50 grams of candy on top of the 50 grams of carbs I had already drank. Finished my training with another 50 grams of gatorade to have my post shake. Was fine, but that could have been avoided had I done what i knew already worked...

But what other board? I have not posted elswhere in a hell of a long time. Anyway, I never used slin more than like 3 weeks and the peptides I did back in those days did not even work!
Those pics you idiot were taken when I was using 500mg test and would use like 30-40mg dbal in shots in 3 weeks max. But I lived the lifestyle like a monk, did not miss meals, naps, trainings. Ever. So you get what you put in huh?
Not until recently did peptides do anything and i used them for 3 weeks as I got tired of doing the shots. That was about 2 months ago.

I am really quite homo about Ritch's upper pecs in that pic (no homo). Ever since that damned thread about targeting the upper pecs, I've been obsessing about mine. Damn it!

Upper pecs baby! I never do flat anything or decline, all upper. Yet I read from "experts" they have no impact. Dunno about that... I'd have flat out boobs if I did lower or flat as the upper would appear weaker and who has too much upper pec? Nobody!

I think you'd still have good upper pecs even if you didnt do incline. Genetics is what really all that matters.

He doesn't look "bad" by any sensible absolute scale but you guys are on another planet if you think that's an impressive build for a juicer on insulin.

I've given the whole "exercise does not matter" a try and in my experience, I did not look the same. I have no idea where or when that way of thinking started but I will continue to contest it as I think it's flat out wrong.
I've tried doing say 6 sets of just incline but does not equal doing 2 sets of 3 various movements. Done this with every bodypart and in the end, targeting different area's to suit one's goals is key to looking one's best.

Very nice. I've found out that low doses for longer periods work a lot better for me too. And blood tests come out perfect.

Totaly agree with you... Theoretically it shouldn't make a difference, but in the real world it does... As does eating a bodybuilding diet, I know it goes against the trend on here, but it makes a huge difference

Yep I don't floor it with the dosages or extreme ego training. And I eat like a normal person with a little more protein. I actually feel healthy and fresh. What i started working out for in the first place before getting caught up in the hardcore bro lifting. To each their own as long as you know what you're training for. If I lift heavier that day its because I felt like it and wanna mainatain strength. Doing jack shit for muscle growth with me but wearing down joints. I digress...I'm high from my ephedra thc fueled back work out 8)

Good approach. I've managed to keep all my stregth from a few blasts that I did a few years ago, and I've even increased it, while on small dosages. And when I say "strenght", I mean that I'm one of the strongest guys in any gym, well maybe except these few very hardcore powerlifting/pro bb'ing dungeon gyms.
