DRUNK or ICED ::) ::) ;D

Here's her mugshot from 2013...See a difference? Clearly, she's laying on the floor. She's dead and they photoshopped the mugshot.

DRUNK or ICED ::) ::) ;D
They said this was her mugshot, but why would they take a mugshot of her on the floor?
-

Anonymous reviewed some of the "facts" of the story and stated that she was dead on the floor.
-
The walls are beige the floor is grey. She was on the floor.

DRUNK or ICED ::) ::) ;D
Before they even booked her into her cell she was ALREADY dead!?!?!? ??? :o
-
It would take a massive conspiracy to hide a dead woman in a jail cell for 3 days. People seriously giving credence to this? You know how many hebrews probably work at that jail as well? You think hebrews would help a white man cover up a murdered suspect? Give me a break, what a crock of shiet.
-
Here's her booking sheet. Notice how they fucked up the mugshot? They have yet to rerelease a new side shot....wonder why?

Too dark to see the face.
Looks like that one Vince Goodrum photo we all used to have a good laugh at.

I'm not playing into what it would take to do it. All I'm saying is that she was dead in mugshot and laying on the ground when they took the mugshot. How it happened is the next step. You're an idiot to ignore the facts.

She looks darker than Snipes there. Waller County needs that Kamali kitchen lighting

Wiggs, did you watch the video by Anonymous?

Yes, that's exactly what I'm saying.

Yes, they would. Cops watch other cops back, no matter what. The cult mentality of being a cop supersedes race, ethnicity, culture, etc.
-

I have my own county and didn't even know about it?
-
Wiggs, did you watch the video by Anonymous?
Yes, I saw it. This is fucked up on a whole new level. I was withholding judgement on this so I haven't said anything until today about this case. They killed her and covered it up. She was laying on the floor dead in the mugshot. :-X :-X :-X
-
Yes, that's exactly what I'm saying.
Freaking scumbags!!!

You sure do studddd. Be sure to visit soon and when you do, always use your turn signal and don't talk back to po-lice

That's what I'm saying. They darkened it on purpose to blur out any idea of someone wanting to review it. That is until it became viral.

All I know is she should have never been pulled over to begin with.

I guess the cell mate next to her was hearing voices. Guess the next conspiracy theory is that she was paid big time to make up the story.

You're mentally ill, or close to that. Only a jomplete jobless, lazy, stupid and hopeless loon would be interested in all these conspiracy theories you're posting about. Get a fukkin job, you and Goodcum.

She was dead. Deal with it. Huge coverup.

If that photo is in fact real ... then that is TRULY fucked up and disturbing beyond belief.

Why are we surprised anymore? Nothing is beyond anyone. Especially groups of cops. I hope this is exposed. It's on fire now. Should be an interesting week regarding this. All I know is that they killed this women. I'm 100% sure. She did not kill herself with a plastic bag.

The topic reminded me of the scene in American Ganster where they roll the dude out of the apartment on a gurney like he's still alive. Lol.

We don't need a massive conspiracy to be outraged:
1) The officer had no real reason to pull her over
2) The officer had no right to order her to put out her cigarette
3) The officer had no reason to order her out of the car
4) The officer had no reason to arrest her
5) There is no reason to keep someone overnight, let alone 3 days, for a traffic violation
6) If she was really suicidal, then it was gross negligence not to have her on suicide watch
7) why did she have a plastic bag in her cell that she could use to strangle herself?

You don't smoke weed or swallow weed then kill yourself. That's the most stupid shit I've heard in a long time. Her outlook on life was great prior to her run in with these fucks.

It doesn't matter if it's true or not, if Black America picks up on it, it'll be more Fergusen. Remember "hands up, don't shoot?" Pure BS, but it's still fueling racial animus.

We don't need a massive conspiracy to be outraged:
1) The officer had no real reason to pull her over
-Yes he did, she failed to signal.
2) The officer had no right to order her to put out her cigarette
-He didn't order her, he asked her nicely if she would put it out for him. He even said please, and she refused
3) The officer had no reason to order her out of the car
-It's his scene, his investigation, and yes, he can order her out of the car.
4) The officer had no reason to arrest her
-Yes he did, she interfered with an investigation, and resisted detention.
5) There is no reason to keep someone overnight, let alone 3 days, for a traffic violation
-There is a perfectly good reason. She couldn't make bond.
6) If she was really suicidal, then it was gross negligence not to have her on suicide watch
-It's possible they didn't think she was suicidal.
7) why did she have a plastic bag in her cell that she could use to strangle herself?
-Good question, I wouldn't think trash bags should be allowed in cells. However, this jail has can liners in all their trash cans.

Yeah and even after the facts came out people didn't care , they have a narrative and they're not going to deviate from it no matter what.

Bunch of fuckheads right here!!!
-
She was smarting for a fight with the law if you watch her other videos, and she got it. At first, I thought it was just a sick person that made a bad decision, but now I wonder if she did it out of thoughts of martyrdom.

The arresting cop is clearly a liar.

The arresting cop is clearly a liar.
What does this video prove? ???

Yes, they would. Cops watch other cops back, no matter what. The cult mentality of being a cop supersedes race, ethnicity, culture, etc.
Exactly right SF. This has NOTHING to do with race but EVERTHING to do with government overreach!! "They" will gladly sell the race BS because that will advance the agenda.
We - ALL legal Americans - need to wake the fuck up now!! Don't be stupid and think your "Party" will stand up or do what's right for you... The government has some incredible patriots that love America - but it only takes the right bad guys in the right positions to advance an agenda.. The silly ass idea that " it would take far too many people to create XXX ..... Cover-up" is naive as hell.
NO ONE is looking out for you. You will never have a DAMN thing unless you get it yourself.
If you get wrapped up in race you are fucking retard. That's what they WANT you to do!!! Makes people very easy to control when you make sure they have such deep emotional issues.
Goes the exact same for black - white - Hispanic - EVERYONE.
If you are an evolutionist then you can't be so foolish as to not understand that any evolutionary difference would be so tiny and with the cross breeding of races for generations it is a stupid idea to think.
If you are a Christian then you know God made all men equal (sorry Wiggs but you aren't superior lol) ...
Drop the mic

We don't need a massive conspiracy to be outraged:
1) The officer had no real reason to pull her over
-Yes he did, she failed to signal.
You fail to realize that the cop was extremely tail gating her, so she thought there was an emergency. She didn't signal because he was riding her ass, so she thought its best to just get out of his way ASAP. Anyone is going to get scared and will probably not be thinking straight when being tail gated by a cop. Cop was tail gating me becasue he was flying, I hurried and got out of his way. Didn't pull me over. He was probably just happy that I got out of his way ASAP.
2) The officer had no right to order her to put out her cigarette
-He didn't order her, he asked her nicely if she would put it out for him. He even said please, and she refused
Its a blatant abuse of power. There is absolutely no reason to tell her to put out her cigarette. It has absolutely no bearing on pulling her over. Its not against the law to smoke in your car. She has EVERY right to refuse to put out her cigarette. It should not have even been a question. Plus, it appears he became irate after she refused to put it out.

1. I didn't realize he was riding her ass. I must have missed that part of the video. :-\ She should have calmly put her signal on, and moved out of the way. None of this would have ever happened if she would have followed basic laws.
2. It's not abuse of power, he very politely asked her if she would put it out. She doesn't have to comply, but it would be the polite thing to do.
Again, if she would have been polite and courteous, none of this would have ever happened. She was looking for a fight, and she got one. Just didn't go the way she planned.
-

Regarding point 2, the problem is that he became IRRITATED after she didn't put out her cigarette. She has every right to refuse and it should have been a nonissue at that point, since it has absolutely no bearing on why he pulled over.
Sorry, you can't blame the victim. Cops need to keep their cool, and if someone refuses something, and its within their right, cops need not address it. If a cop can't do that, then they shouldn't be cops.
Its VERY sad that people will actually says, "she was looking for a fight." No, she wasn't. She was exercising her right to refuse, since she was not breaking the law. It should have been a nonissue. Would you rather live in a police state?
But its bullshit, because even when people refuse politely, cops still make a big deal. You can't win with them. Either you comply or else..........
Thats like saying, "Well, the girl should not have been wearing that short dress and looking for trouble." Blaming the victim. :-\ :-\ :-\
I have no problem with complying when I am breaking the law. But people shouldnt have to comply if they are NOT breaking the law. Thats a total abuse of power.

I for one respect, and love the police. They keep riffraff like Sandra Bland out of my nice neighborhood. 8)
PS, she broke the law when she failed to signal, when she refused to get out of her car, and when she resisted detention. Keep those lawbreakers out of my neighborhood. :D

Cops broke the law when he tail gated her. Are there policie that allow cops to tail gate people when they are pulling people over? I highly doubt it. Anyway, she probably thought he was in a rush and tail gating her because he needed to get somewhere, so she quickly pulled over. Not a very bright officer, but then again, that is no surprise.
Similarly, are cops allowed to run red lights when there is no emergency? No.
The only law breaker here is the cop.

I don't believe she killed herself and I don't think she should have been jailed over a traffic stop.
She doesn't have to be polite when pulled over and shouldn't have been arrested. This isn't justice and not what the police are supposed to be doing. The even bigger problem is how the media is playing black vs white at every turn and illegal immigrants vs citizens. Don't play into the media's tricks Wiggs you are smarter than that. You know they are trying to get a full scale race war going so they can declare martial law and crash the bankrupt economy. Too make people letting the media play them like puppets - fuck the media. Turn off the tv

Maybe it's a suicide. I don't see any reason to accuse cops of murder.
The documents are inconsistent and some changed. Lazy police maybe, cover up maybe, but the medical conditions don't match.
The mugshot is odd. Not wearing streets clothes like others booked. Odd. Color of floor matching background, odd. Shoulders, shadows, hair orientation, face fat, all odd.
I have no clue of any laws were broken and I have no reason to believe the cops. My own belief is the cops were just lazy, didn't read the med papers, and retook the mugshot once dead while fixing paperwork to maybe hide something about arrested condition. Either eat, that mugshot is fishy, and a lot of Graphics people are pointing out the low resolution areas and flaws. Odd story.

The pigs killed her. That's what pigs do.

Sandra's car appears just after 1 minute mark. He makes a u turn, rushes up behind her. At 1:55 she changes lanes without signaling to get out of his way. He then pulls in behind her and turns on his lights. She then pulls over and stops.

Not really sure what to make of it all (and don't really care either way).
Cop was being a petty dick and the woman sounded like an obnoxious bitch.
Oh well. :-\

Short men should stick to bodybuilding.
If they're allowed to become cops, they'll use the badge and gun to work out their little man issues, just like the Barney Fife type in this case.

One thing is certain, they need to do more tests and mental evaluations before someone can be a police officer.
If a Policeman has a bad day (regardless of cause, be it problems at work, problems at home or whatnot), it can easily affect and influence his behavior when encountering an innocent or guilty citizen.
If the citizen says or does something that irritates the policeman it can easily trigger a reaction, be it excessive force or worse.

Basically, the same thing is happening in most Western countries that use Public Service jobs to "integrate" people who would be jobless otherwise. Come on board, useless people, we'll give you a fairly well-paid job with perks, you'll feel better about yourself and you'll be out of the Welfare statistics. It's just the Tax Payers' money so who gives a shit.

Are we watching the same video? There was no rushing up behind her. She was stopped at a red light, and he was slowly driving up behind her. Also, at what point was he tailgating her? In my unprofessional opinion, it appears that he was never closer than 75-100 feet when she decided to make an illegal lane change. Again, the only illegal activity I see in this video is from Sandra Bland. I'm fairly confident the courts will see it that way as well. :D

I see a 5'10" woman who was half a foot taller than a cop.

Please read my post page 2 of this thread. Would love to talk further - message me if you agree. I think there are.more and more people waking up. We may have different ideas as to WHY or what the exact plan is - doesnt matter.. The very fact that there are powerful people manipulating the populace with racial bias and division is enough. Like everyone else I have to head to the office and will be busy today - so give me time if you message and I assure I will reply.

He wasn't tailgating her but she probably did change lane to get out of the way of a cop car. There was nothing behind in the lane she moved into so really no real need to signal anyway, her driving was neither careless nor dangerous. in the UK that wouldn't even be an offence, .
The problem only really started when the cop started infringing on the driver's rights. She asked him why she needed to put the cigarette out in her own car...If he had a good reason for that why not answer her question?
He then told her to get out of the car, to which she responded she didn't have to as she wasn't under arrest, he then informed her while she was still sitting in the car that she was under arrest....yet wouldn't tell her why when she asked several times. Aren't the police supposed to tell you what you're being arrested for at the time of arrest?
Regardless of whatever happened in custody, the police should be held responsible for her death as she should never have been in their custody in the first place.

This post sums up what I observed as well.
Twaddle ... respectfully ... rewatch the video. The officer was completely out of line. And she was very calm to start with. Many of us ( of any race ... and I can provide examples on YouTube ) would've reacted SIMILAR. Not the SAME WAY, necessarily ... but similar in some way, shape, or form. In MY opinion.

In America, you're required by law to signal when making a lane change.
The problem only really started when the cop started infringing on the driver's rights.
He never infringed on her rights. Everything he did he was within the legal limits.
He then told her to get out of the car, to which she responded she didn't have to as she wasn't under arrest, he then informed her while she was still sitting in the car that she was under arrest....yet wouldn't tell her why when she asked several times.
She was mistaken. If an officer gives you a lawful order to get out of your car, you're required to by law. She was ignorant to the law.
Aren't the police supposed to tell you what you're being arrested for at the time of arrest?
No, they do not have to tell you anything until they have the scene safe, under control, and have conducted their investigation.
Regardless of whatever happened in custody, the police should be held responsible for her death as she should never have been in their custody in the first place.
I disagree, she broke the law, was placed into custody, arrested, booked, and then could not post bond. This is a perfect example of how the American Judicial system works.
-
Both were to blame from watching the video.
Cop was smarmy and being a dick unnecessarily. The woman was rude and chippy and in doing so, was putting herself in a position where things could escalate.
-
I agree 100 %. And I never agree with you lol
First time for everything! :D ;D
-
This post sums up what I observed as well.
Twaddle ... respectfully ... rewatch the video. The officer was completely out of line. And she was very calm to start with. Many of us ( of any race ... and I can provide examples on YouTube ) would've reacted SIMILAR. Not the SAME WAY, necessarily ... but similar in some way, shape, or form. In MY opinion.
I've rewatched the video several times, and I don't think the officer was out of line at all. He was very polite, and respectful, and was prepared to let her go with a "warning". She gave him attitude (which was within her legal right), and he in turn continued his investigation at that point (which is within his legal right). Everything the cop did in that video is legal. The same cannot be said for Bland.
-

Agreed, cops have a very shitty job. He started their interaction politely, and with respect. If she would have returned the favor, she'd probably drive away with a warning. :-\
-
She killed herself because she was depressed. Him pulling her over and being a dick exacerbated this issue, which her family not posting her bond put the final nail in the coffin. She was mentally unstable and hung herself.
Cop should probably be fired, as he is not cut out for the job. Only in the world of civil service are people rarely fired for doing a shit job. It's probably why they get a bad wrap, and also why they are paid shitty (or, just paid according to work and skill set).
-

I'm just putting myself in both their positions. If I was the cop, I would have been more relaxed and "jokey" with her considering the nature of the offence. I blame the cop in that aspect.
However, if I was stopped by cops there is no way I would have acted in the manner the woman did. I would have just answered all his questions, been compliant and not giving him any attitude. And guess what? If the woman had done this than she would have bee driving back on the road 2 minutes later.
-
First pic looks photoshoped, look at these black bags under her eyes. Second looks real, and who the fuck would photoshop that, a cop? Lol

In America, you're required by law to signal when making a lane change.
I think that you will find it only applies if there is another vehicle that could be affected by your manoeuvre.
Is it a legal requirement to signal on an empty freeway, if so who are you "indicating" your movement to?
-

Seems fairly clear to me. ???
TEXAS TRANSPORTATION CODE SECTION REGARDING TURN SIGNALS
§ 545.104. Signaling Turns; Use of Turn Signals
(a) An operator shall use the signal authorized by Section 545.106 to indicate an intention to turn, change lanes, or start from a parked position.
(b) An operator intending to turn a vehicle right or left shall signal continuously for not less than the last 100 feet of movement of the vehicle before the turn.
-
She was probably blowing the smoke in his face.
-
After viewing the Sandra Bland mugshot photo, I think there is a strong possibility that Groink too was already dead when his mugshot was taken. Check out the discrepancies in his appearance. Emotionless expression, traps not as high, grey background. Also, it appears that he was already in his "striped" jailhouse issued clothing. Could be possible the Maricopa county sherrif's office killed him, and have been posting under his account. :o

Now, is it still a requirement if theres no one to signal to.

I wouldn't think it would be necessary to signal if no one is around. However, in Sandra's case, there were other cars around.

I would think so, especially since there was someone following which would indicate that there was a person to signal to. I admit, the cop was a douche, but laws are laws and we can't just choose not to follow because no one is looking.

Must be a Texas thing. I think that in all of the states that I have lived in (NH, FL, MA, VA and NC) signals aren't mandatory and therefore aren't to be taken as a driver's intent.

Thats my point.
I haven't watched the video of the incident, I couldn't give a fuck
I do know that there was a high profile case in the UK where the police stopped a guy for not indicating and he resisted arrest.
He was found not guilty in court as the arrest was unlawful because he wasn't obligated to indicate if his manoeuvre wasn't affecting anyone.

Just out of interest, if this lady was locked in her own shed by her prankster husband for a few days, and then topped herself in the shed, is the husband a murderer?
Before you start with the jokes, I've already tried it but she got out by drilling a glory hole from the inside and offering me a BJ for the key.
After looking at the facts surrounding this suicide, I personally conclude the following:
1. The police officer is not great at people skills, but not racist/murdering/unlawful etc etc.
2. The lady was suicidal, could not post bond, and killed herself.

It's possible she actually did kill herself. And the cops did nothing more than ignore the paperwork saying "she's on meds and admitted suicidal".
That mugshot looks like a half-assed attempt to cover this error. They know they're looking at lawsuits, prosecution, etc for missing the paperwork. Writing over dates, creating a 2nd set of documents, and then a mugshot where gravity pulls face, the floor as a background, deadpan look, hair falling backwards, and wearing her jail clothes already...
Seriously fishy pic. IMO, this is an example of a cover-up being worse than the crime (neglect on paperwork). And of course, the police lose ALL credibility when they do this. And of course, people will defend them with "they didn't kill her, they only faked a pic, what's the big deal?" because they don't like the dead person here. But if it was their parent/ child/ themselves that was posed dead in a mugshot, there'd be outrage.
I don't concern with the characteristics of the victim - my concern is with police abusing their power (IF this is the case with a faked mugshot here). If the mugshot is real, they should be shouting it from the roof top. This looks like a very sloppy 2am cover-up job here... down to lowering brightness on her early pics so nobody can see details... shady as fcck.

Do you think its legal to run a red light if there is absolutely no one else on the road? You cant be that stupid??
You REALLY think that traffic rules only apply when others are known to be affected? LOL

Why does everything have to be a conspiracy theory?
Stop smoking so much weed.

He did infringe on her rights when he asked her to extinguish her cigarette. there was no reasonable risk that the officer or anyone elses immediate safety would be compromised if she didn't put out her cigarette nor would her failure to comply hinder any investigation. so it doesn't qualify as a "lawful order", as such she had every right to question and disobey that request.
it only escalated to him asking her to exit the car because she refused to comply with a request that she had no legal obligation to obey. he told her while she was still in the car that she was under arrest.....even if legally he was not required to say why at the time, what was the offence at that time?
because from what i read, her only charge was "assaulting a public servant"....so she was under arrest in the car for something she would do in the future?
at the end of the day anyone with 1/2 a brain can see that the officer acted ridiculously. he should have never asked her to put her cigarette out in the first place and once she refused, he should have accepted it was her right to do so, given her the ticket and they could have both been on their way.

I still think it was a suicide. I just think the police booking team did a shitty job on the "suicide rules" when she wrote she had previously attempted, and then they didn't follow protocol.
I think she died somehow, could be any cause, could be another inmate just putting a pillow on her, could be real suicide. But I think the police panicked, realized they had a suicide case on their hands and didn't follow the steps, and decided to make up "weed swallowing stories", or fake mugshots to keep some timeline intact.
Many are accusing police of murder. I'm not. I'm just saying it smells like a faked picture, which makes us ask a lot of Qs.

Wrong.
The citizen does not have to be polite, as long as they are not breaking the law. If a cop cant handle getting his poor little feelings hurt, then he should not be a cop. If a cop gets his feelings hurt, and that leads him to being a dick, then again, he should not be a cop. Awwww, poor wittle cop. Someone was mean to him. :'( :'( :'( Again, the cop should only take action when someone is directly breaking the law. Not because their poor little cop feelings are hurt.

That's your first mistake when replying to this Twaddle character. Which is why I quit replying to him / her. Some people will see ONLY what they want to see .....

The point he was making CLEARLY went right over your head.
Even if you are stopped and you haven't done anything wrong, why would you want to be rude about it?
Just be polite and ask why you have been stopped, being an asshole is never productive.

Some people will see ONLY what they want to see .....
Right. Then go around spouting BS like "we can see things you can't" but don't do a goddam thing but talk, talk, talk.

Not sure what world you live in, but being an asshole is actually quite productive. And I'm being quite serious.
Anyways, gettin back on topic, she was polite in the beginning ... even after getting pulled over for a bs reason. Things only escalated when she felt her rights were being infringed upon.
Right. Then go around spouting BS like "we can see things you can't" but don't do a goddam thing but talk, talk, talk.
Exactly. Thank you.

I'm not playing into what it would take to do it. All I'm saying is that she was dead in mugshot and laying on the ground when they took the mugshot. How it happened is the next step. You're an idiot to ignore the facts.
You're gullibility is truly astounding
-
We don't need a massive conspiracy to be outraged:
1) The officer had no real reason to pull her over- inaccurate. turn signal is required by law
2) The officer had no right to order her to put out her cigarette- Depends. If he felt she was irate and belligerent enough to burn him on the hand when he passes the ticket book.. then yes he can.
3) The officer had no reason to order her out of the car- Supreme court says otherwise
4) The officer had no reason to arrest her- disobeying a lawful order would be one reason
5) There is no reason to keep someone overnight, let alone 3 days, for a traffic violation- You're right.. but she was arrested for resisting, which is a reason
6) If she was really suicidal, then it was gross negligence not to have her on suicide watch- Not really. She answered the questions in a manner that didn't indicate an immediate risk
7) why did she have a plastic bag in her cell that she could use to strangle herself?- I would imagine the trash bag was for trash. Not to strangle herself. cells also have sheets, which can also be used to strangle yourself.
-
Sandra's car appears just after 1 minute mark. He makes a u turn, rushes up behind her. At 1:55 she changes lanes without signaling to get out of his way. He then pulls in behind her and turns on his lights. She then pulls over and stops.
which video did you watch? I watched the one you posted and saw none of what you saw

Forensic pathologist Michael Baden, who has consulted in many high profile cases, examined the image for USA TODAY and said he does not see any evidence that would indicate Bland is not alive in the mugshot. While people can die with their eyes open, the lids usually droop, and Bland's eyes look "purposefully open," Baden said.
He also said it's impossible to tell if someone is recently dead from a photo, and often it is impossible to tell in person because the deceased will simply appear as if they are sleeping, he said.
"There's nothing in it to suggest that she's dead in that shot," Baden said. "I've seen hundreds and hundreds of mugshots. Most people have a sad expression on their face. … She has an angry look, and I don't blame her for being angry."

Exactly. I find that the cop was a dick for pulling her over for failure to signal, but guess what? A lot of cops are dicks, and you should realize that you're at the mercy of them when they pull you over. It's sad but true. Talk to them respectfully like any person with half a brain would have, and you would get out of that situation with a warning. Sitting there smoking and voicing your bitchy opinion and then resisting arrest obviously wasn't the smart choice. It's the world we currently live in.

Jesus Christ. Your whole worldview is shaped by what folks do with their junk.
Ask any minority, racial minority, sexual minority, etc., have they been the target of selective enforcement of laws.
We all break laws. Almost impossible not to. Police see you break traffic laws daily, but unless it is something really significant, most people don't get pulled over. Then even being pulled over some people only get warnings.
This women got pulled over because she was black. This women was ordered out of the car because she gave the cop attitude. Well, that's not a crime.
The cop had the right to order her out of the car, but he did not have a valid reason to do so. Having his feelings hurt is not reason enough. And you cannot be convicted of resisting arrest if it is an unlawful arrest.
6) who says they knew before hand that she was suicidal.
When all of this first came out, the sherif department's spokesman tried to deflect the blame by saying based on the intake form "well she was suicidal when she came in", not realizing that he was admitting gross negligence on the sherif's part for not having her on suicide watch.
-

so does that mean every time a minority is pulled over thats its because theyre a minority??
This women got pulled over because she was black. This women was ordered out of the car because she gave the cop attitude. Well, that's not a crime.
Do u have prove she was pulled over because she was black?
Once pulled over, if the officer asks u to step out of ur car u must comply. Attitude isnt a crime but failing to comply is.
The cop had the right to order her out of the car, but he did not have a valid reason to do so. Having his feelings hurt is not reason enough. And you cannot be convicted of resisting arrest if it is an unlawful arrest.
again...once u are pulled over the officer has every right to order u out of the car. Wether u think its valid or not u must comply.

The cop had the right to order her out of the car, but he did not have a valid reason to do so. Having his feelings hurt is not reason enough. And you cannot be convicted of resisting arrest if it is an unlawful arrest.
When all of this first came out, the sherif department's spokesman tried to deflect the blame by saying based on the intake form "well she was suicidal when she came in", not realizing that he was admitting gross negligence on the sherif's part for not having her on suicide watch.
Ask any minority, racial minority, sexual minority, etc., have they been the target of selective enforcement of laws.
LMAO you think " White cis-males " don't get pulled over? How much time you have? I've been pulled over for such dumb shit too " loud exhaust " " Window Tint " Literally pulling into a parking lot with my brother-in-law and turning around " " Running a red light when it was clearly yellow " " Illegal operation , spinning tires " " not having my front license plate on " I've had a cop pull a gun and point it at my head because he thought my sunglasses in between the seats was a " gun " I actually got a parking ticket because cops pulled over a guy who was drunk driving , pulled behind my parked car and they ripped him out of the car before he had a chance to put it in park , so it bumped my car and I had the audacity to bitch about it, I was pulled over because my girlfriend was sitting to close to me , I'm assuming he thought she was going to give me road-head. I've had a State Trooper threaten to kill me because I hydroplaned my car and totaled it and told him he was " crazy " when he handed me a speeding ticket and a marked lanes violation. I used to work second shift and would stay sometimes until 1 a.m. I was followed on my way home almost nightly and they would run my plate , I could go on-and-on
Where was my " White Privilege " ? I know so many " White-cis-males " with the same stories. Cops are DICKS to every race. I've been pulled over for speeding and let off with warnings , NOT all cops are dicks but we've all encountered them.

Agreed. Dude sounds like he loves playing the victim and the meat whistle

Is this shit still going on?

Bullfuckingshit! She was pulled over for failure to signal, would have skated off with a warning if she would have kept her big fucking mouth shut! I'ne been pulled over for failure to signal, was polite with the fficer and guess what? He told me to use my signal next time and let me go. Geezus when will people start holding these assholes accountable for their actions instead of picking apart every move the police make?

Lol, it's hard to be angry with a loser like Wiggs. You have to actually feel sorry for somebody so stupid. It's obvious that he's got it backwards and the blatant photoshop is the pic he posted. She's not lying on any floor, lol. Dude is so moronic he must have a tiny brain to go along with his tiny black penis. He doesn't have much money either and is never going to be much more than a security guard who wants to be a male nurse, lmao.
If she hadn't acted with such poor attitude the cop would have let her go. He wanted to rustle her jimmies for her poor attitude (brought on by her unfortunate upbringing but also inherently genetic) and he got the final laugh. An irritable drug user who sparks up a cigarette in an officer's face commits suicide in her jail cell. Next...

I'm not playing into what it would take to do it. All I'm saying is that she was dead in mugshot and laying on the ground when they took the mugshot. How it happened is the next step. You're an idiot to ignore the facts.
That really wasn't big mike brown in on camera stealing cigars either
-
If no one was there to see the indicator, how did the cop see no indicator?
well.... it's on the video that she didn't use her signal... not sure I understand your question...
-
What is a "white-cis" male? ???
You and me. You know born with a Y chromosome and a penis. Now , they're trying to reclassify what genetic male & female are.

... then there was obviously someone to whom she needed to indicate.
(Responding to another post is all.)

What is a "white-cis" male? ???
Some marginal horseshit they're trying to force into mainstream vernacular.

What is a "white-cis" male? ???
cis is not LGBTQ
my post said "non white-cis-male", meaning everyone but white heterosexual males who's gender identity matches their birth gender.

You added a fucking Q now? The fuck is Q?

After viewing the Sandra Bland mugshot photo, I think there is a strong possibility that Groink too was already dead when his mugshot was taken. Check out the discrepancies in his appearance. Emotionless expression, traps not as high, grey background. Also, it appears that he was already in his "striped" jailhouse issued clothing. Could be possible the Maricopa county sherrif's office killed him, and have been posting under his account. :o

i always thought it was weird how different groink looked in his mug shot, he doesn't look like peter brady in his normal pics
if the dead pic is real shouldn't she have marks around her neck? i thought she hung herself

Just saw video released proving that Sandra Bland was alive in the booking station.
Not defending the cops - nor defending her. I wasn't there and have no clue..
I will say that those who say "if you have nothing to hide why not just cooperate" do not understand the Constitution... Do it thinks its STUPID to act like an asshole to a cop?? OR COURSE!! It's dumb to walk across the street with a blindfold - but just because a person is a dumbass it doesn't give others the authority to village their rights.
Cols have a VERY VERY difficult job and are way under paid - BUT they take on a level of responsibility when they take on the authority to arrest the citizenry.

can we now hear from the people who were certain she was dead in the mugshot

Yes, so much thoughtful, CSI-caliber insight ...
hair falling backwards, not down.
Face pooling. neck marks. background matching floor.
Wearing uniform and not the street clothes.
... shot to shit in seconds.

I love it how yet another bullshit conspiracy falls apart. Yet lazy neegul will continue reading similar nonsense, instead of learning some skill (to get a job). Oh my..

No, it will be ignored.. and they will move on to the next false conclusion... forgetting all the failed ones..

I'm calling for 240 to be banned from giving an opinion on anything outside of politics..

Curses, and here I thought, "This is going to be the conspiracy theory that finally comes to fruition." Next time. :'(

Maybe Anonymous or someone else did this to get the jail to release the vid. By putting up false info and knowing that people (those who don't trust LEO, correctional staff, and those who are CTers) would go wild over it, it forced the jail's hand to release the vid showing that she was ok. If this is true, that was a brillant move on their part, yet kinda makes you wary, if others use the same tactics. Possibly using mis-info in order to get real info.

You're giving them too much credit.

I doubt it.. forcing the jails hand to release video when you don't believe anything improper is just a waste of time. I think it's more these folks see conspiracy in everything involving authority figures and can convince themselves of just about anything along with a slew of morons. Or.. they just enjoy seeing how gullible people are...

Could be all of that.
