I realize 'pre-workout' will increase energy, creatine can potentially increase strength and recovery, and the various vitamins etc. will do their part to 'supplement' your diet. With that said, I once had a 200.00 a month habit, but haven't used in several years and never noticed a difference once I stopped. Now that the years have passed, is there anything out there currently that will do anything remotely noticeable or anything new on the market worth buying?
MuscleMeds really does 40M a year in revenue ??? They have to have something that works, right? Then there is this new guy, Andy Frisella, who owns 1st Phorm, or something, and he is a multi-millionaire after a couple years ??? Are there just that many sheep out in the world blowing their money to make these people rich??

If it works, it's illegal.

If it works, it's illegal.
That seems to be the appropriate mantra.

creatine
zma
fish oil
vit c
b complex
protein powder
greens powder
All those things have a really good impact on me.

Carb powders and bcaa are the basics as well
good to have but you can easily do without bcaa's, it's more of a specialty product I find. Carb powders can easily be replaced by grounded up oats for complex carbs and some candy to replace simple one's.

True I just us bcaa and protein/carb mid durning workout and a carb/protien post with slin
when using slin, they're very handy!

I wondered about this, any new products that might have value?
HMB was hit or miss for years but it never panned out. obviously the prohormones were a bust legally speaking. Creatine is OK for getting one or two extra reps or for retaining some water, but it never lived up to the hype.
Anything else coming out? Would be nice to have a little boost, even if it's mental.

have you tried adrafanil? I use it twice a week 1.5 hours pre workout and it works just lovely! 200mg, max but I stack it with other stims. You may need 300mg.
