I realize 'pre-workout' will increase energy, creatine can potentially increase strength and recovery, and the various vitamins etc. will do their part to 'supplement' your diet.  With that said, I once had a 200.00 a month habit, but haven't used in several years and never noticed a difference once I stopped.  Now that the years have passed, is there anything out there currently that will do anything remotely noticeable or anything new on the market worth buying?

  They have to have something that works, right?  Then there is this new guy, Andy Frisella, who owns 1st Phorm, or something, and he is a multi-millionaire after a couple years  

  Are there just that many sheep out in the world blowing their money to make these people rich??
