I am limited in what I can say here legally, but I just want to give you a quick update so we are quite clear on the matter of me posting on this forum from now on and specifically in relation to any comments, direct or indirect communications construed to be had in regards to Bigmc
As I stated on another forum a few days ago I would be making an offical legal statement regarding this matter just as soon as my account got reinstated on Getbig after I sought further legal advice from my laywers that it was ok to do so.
Against their advice I am making this statement as matter of principal because while I believe it may not be in my best legal interest to do so I believe that morally it is the right thing to do, so you know the truth of what an idividual you are dealing with here.
On Tuesday 25th August at approximately between 3.30 to 4.00pm I recieved knock on my door by an idividual who I had previously met and knew from Getbig.com internet forums known to me as Bigmc or by his real name which I won't mention on here. I had not been expecting this visit and nor had he been invited to my property. He proceeded to threaten me and verbally abuse me in and etremely aggresive manner in relation to some comment I had made on this board which he did not like. He then threatened to kill me if I made any such futher comments about him and also threatened members of my family and caused me ridicule and embarrasment in front of my neighbours and workers who were there and witnesses. There is also some video evidence which I shall post shortly. He is also a well known steroid abuser.
After I asked him several times to leave me and my property he refused and pushed me in my chest and assulted me.
This matter was reported to the Metropolitan Police and crime reference number obtained and I have instructed my Solitictors Wallace LLP of Mayfair to also take civil action against Bigmc and no stone will be left unturned in this matter.
No one should be allowed to get away with this kind of appaling behaviour and he has a history it seems in this kind of thing.
Bigmc made a post recently stating that he had been questioned by the police regarding this incident yet further started abusing me here verbally, defaming me and bringing my character into disrepute.
I will be posting some video evidence as Bigmc was leaving my property which has also been forwarded to the Metropolitan Police as well as CCTV footage.
I wish to have absolutely no communication with Bigmc direclty or indirectly and will only answers questions where it is permissibale for me to do so.

I think it's true....albeit can't say 100% as I don't speak nor trust cock nose, but Bigmc went unusually quiet on me on whatsapp...and when finally heard from him he made vague reference to problems from the board spilling into his real life...I asked him to elaborate but I think his phone is off or purposely avoiding my messages.

Personal use or possession isn't even illegal in the UK I don't think. Pretty lax laws unless you're dealing. I don't know if this is still the case but from what I've read you could even import drugs such as testosterone for personal use.

One person openly fantasizing about intercourse with transsexuals, claiming it's a completely heterosexual act. The other person calls himself "BIG"mc on a devoted bodybuilding board despite being built like a young DJ Quarles.
They've had videos posted of their train rides to various destinations, as well as videos of being in the same home so from the judges perspective........, and this is just a small sample of the nonsense.

It takes some huge balls and lack of intelligence to do that especially from comments made on an internet message forum. Tells you the guy has a couple of screws loose and that the internet is very serious to them. You have no idea what they have in mind. They took the time to search you out come to your house and it wasn't for tea or a beer. I have to assume the worst, I'm not taking time to talk things out. One warning, then a bullet. And do it all within the law. No guilt but no bragging either. It is what it is. You have to defend yourself in this crazy world and I classify someone searching another person out over comments made because they didn't have the intellectual fortitude to out think the other person and now want to fight as crazy and crazy gets bullets today.

This has been an interesting topic and somewhat close to an actual experience as a result of a home intrusion a few years back.
The following is submitted for anyone who may undergo a similar experience in the future.
This pertains to the State of Nevada but may be somewhat similar to the "law' within the state in which you reside, but check it out before you cock that trigger.
Sorry for the length of this but it may prove to be of some importance to one of more GetBiggers.
It is legal in Nevada to batter, injure or even kill another person in self-defense. However, self-defense is lawful only when you reasonably believe you are facing immediate harm and you inflict no more force than is necessary to protect yourself.

Self-defense in Las Vegas is a legal defense which excuses violent behavior that otherwise would be criminal. As long as you are reasonably trying to protect yourself, the law recognizes that you should not be penalized for hurting or even mortally wounding someone else.
In Nevada Self-defense is justified in the following circumstance:
1 The defendant reasonably believes he/she is facing immediate bodily harm, and
2 The defendant uses no more physical force than necessary to protect him/herself.
In order to explain the concepts of "immediate bodily harm" and "necessary physical force," let us look at some examples:
Example: Tom tells John to leave his Henderson home, but John refuses. Tom then puts John in a headlock and leads him out of the house. While trapped in the headlock, John reaches for his knife and stabs Tom in the chest. Tom survives, but the police arrest John for attempted murder with a deadly weapon in Henderson.
Here, odds are John would not win on self-defense grounds. Even though Tom was the aggressor by putting John in the headlock, the court would probably find that John overreacted with unnecessary physical force. If John had merely bit or punched Tom to get out of the headlock, John would have a much better case for self-defense in Henderson. Now let us change this example slightly:
Example: Tom puts John in a headlock and leads him out of Tom's house. Once outside, Tom lets John go and walks back inside the house. John then turns around, goes back in the house and punches Tom. The police arrest John for battery in Henderson.
Here, John would not have a viable self-defense claim either. Since Tom had let John go, John was no longer in any immediate physical danger. It does not matter if John honestly believed that he was acting in self-defense . . . the courts care only about whether his belief was reasonable. let us take one final example:
Example: Tom yells at John, "Look out! I am gonna kick your ass!" and punches him. John punches back harder, causing Tom to fall back and pass out. The police arrest John for battery in Henderson.
Here, John's battery charges probably would be dismissed on self-defense grounds. Even if Tom never intended to punch John more than once, John reasonably believed he faced immediate physical harm in the form of Tom's punch and verbal threat. Furthermore, John retaliated using only as much force as necessary to stop him.
As you can see, self-defense cases are very fact-specific. Nevada courts look very closely at the details of exactly what happened when in order to decide whether the defendant acted reasonably.

which biblical passage says you can put a bullet in a man on your property after a first warning, if he does not comply? You have obviously not being transformed in Christ.
ps: where your life or the life of a loved one or neighbor is imminently at risk of death I condone it but even there a non lethal shot is better if possible. Thing is most yanks feel imminently in danger when a bird chirps.

On Tuesday 25th August at approximately between 3.30 to 4.00pm I recieved knock on my door by an idividual who I had previously met and knew from Getbig.com internet forums known to me as Bigmc or by his real name which I won't mention on here. I had not been expecting this visit and nor had he been invited to my property. He proceeded to threaten me and verbally abuse me in and etremely aggresive manner in relation to some comment I had made on this board which he did not like. He then threatened to kill me if I made any such futher comments about him and also threatened members of my family and caused me ridicule and embarrasment in front of my neighbours and workers who were there and witnesses. After I asked him several times to leave me and my property he refused and pushed me in my chest and assulted me.
This matter was reported to the Metropolitan Police and crime reference number obtained and I have instructed my Solitictors Wallace LLP of Mayfair to also take civil action against Bigmc and no stone will be left unturned in this matter.
No one should be allowed to get away with this kind of appaling behaviour and he has a history it seems in this kind of thing.
Bigmc made a post recently stating that he had been questioned by the police regarding this incident yet further started abusing me here verbally, defaming me and bringing my character into disrepute.
I will be posting some video evidence as Bigmc was leaving my property which has also been forwarded to the Metropolitan Police as well as CCTV footage.
I wish to have absolutely no communication with Bigmc direclty or indirectly and will only answers questions where it is permissibale for me to do so.

Apologies for the delay in reponse but I was extremely busy last week. I met with Johnathan Woodhouse my laywer yesterday and will be releasing a further update today after I have spoken with him on the phone for clarification.
I also had to go in for medical checkup as advised by Jonathan and as I suspected MRI reports have confirmed that my pre-existing shoulder injury which I had (as a result of weight training) has been substantially exacberated by Bigmc's assult on me (when he pushed me in the chest causing me to twist my shoulder) and could have also potentially caused me irreversible shoulder nerve damage.
My surgeon also advised me to cancel my shoulder surgery I had scheduled pending further ultra sound report to be done next Tuesday as the surgery will be much more complicated now and carry further risks for success.
Apart from the shoulder damage assult inflicted upon me by Bigmc, this has cost me a substantial amount of money in medical cost (canceling the shoulder surgery carries financial penalty, costs of MRI and Ultra Sound and consultation fees).....
....Not to mention the substantial loss in earnings for having to take time off work......
along with the effect it has all had on my physical, emmotional and mental well being.
Bigmc's details have all been passed to my solictors and Bigmc will be recieving official communication from my solicitors in the post seeking legal action and recompensation.
Just to reiterate what I said earlier I am limited in what I can say legally at this stage and still seeking clarification from my laywers if I can release the video footage passed on to the Metropolitan Police.

I have further instructed my solictors to also proceed with civil action against Bigmc and supplied them with hundreds of supportive documents including text messages, whatsapp messages and voice calls showing a repeated and detailed pattern of harrasment, slander, defamation, bullying and death threats to me and my family all intended to damage my reputation and cause me stress, alarm, distress and harrasment.
This has damaged my reputation and caused me direct and indirect loss of earnings, not to mention medical costs incurred for having to cancel my shoulder surgery.
My solictors have issued intent to sue letter to Bigmc and Bigmc's account here has been proved conclusively to be linked with the individual who assulted me last week.

Just to be crystal clear this is exactly what happend.
Prior to Tuesday he had been whatsapping me all week making threats about coming down and for me to leave Booty alone and started with the accusing me of sending people his info via pm bullshit again.
I thought it was his usual bullshit and didn't think anything of it.
He then came down to my place on Tuesday and called me saying he was on the way and I said come down.
I thought at first he is just gonna have a drink like last time and was trolling me about the threats like he always does.
When he got here he was fine at first took look around the place and there were builders here and he had a drink. Then he started up with the accusations again but I just brushed it aside.
He asked me if I wanted to eat anything and I said I had already eaten and he was keen on trying to get me out the house but I said NO I was busy. We had a minor verbal spat but nothing serious at that stage.
Then he said he was going to get some lunch and would be back. I think he was seceretly hoping the builders would have left by the time he got back. So he went to buy lunch and THAT IS when I took the video I just posted with my phone cos my intuition and sixth sense was telling me something ain't right here.
He then comes back in a mood about 40 minutes later, I guess he was pissed of the builders hadn't left and starts up with the bullshit again and we got into proper verbal argument then and that's when he properly lost his temper and started assulting me.
The video of the assult incident is totally seperate and was caught on CCTV and is with the police. I can't post it up right now since its part of criminal case.
He is trying to bluff his way by claiming it is not him but his vehicle registration number was caught on camera and it is registered to his name.
He is trying to play it cool but knows how fucked he really is.

So he went to buy lunch and THAT IS when I took the video I just posted with my phone cos my intuition and sixth sense was telling me something ain't right here.
He then comes back in a mood about 40 minutes later, I guess he was pissed of the builders hadn't left and starts up with the bullshit again and we got into proper verbal argument then and that's when he properly lost his temper and started assulting me.
The video of the assult incident is totally seperate and was caught on CCTV and is with the police. I can't post it up right now since its part of criminal case.
He is trying to bluff his way by claiming it is not him but his vehicle registration number was caught on camera and it is registered to his name.
He is trying to play it cool but knows how fucked he really is.
And yes he is fat and nothing like he pretends to be.
You saw his arms in the previous video and if you compare pictures you can see its the same person completely.
It's not like there are millions of of lanky tall ginger blokes who just turn up to my house is it you morons.

Exactly Che, the whole thing started because of argument we had about taking lie detector test as both of us agreed to do it to prove some stuff about gimmicks and booty but he didn't wanna pay his share for the cost of the test when it came to it.

lol pretty funny that last part..i was a greco roma wrestler in my youth and sometimes in the middle of a match it happen that i started to wonder if the other dude was gay when he was behind me to, small subtle things , It gave me motivation to not let him go there again and end the match quickly =D

LOL. Believe me this guy was an octopus. He was smart, too. Living in a dorm on campus brings all sorts of guys together.
