Talk of CCTV video and scans of letters will be long forgotten, much like the 80kg curl video.

Word of advice for the next folks that try this, you need to have a valid-looking legitimate reason to post your legal business up here. For this fairy tale, I would have suggested "my lawyer said not to do this, but I am worried about anybody else that might have physical contact with BigMC. He's potentially unstable!"

See how that gives an almost-plausible rationale for doing the implausible? Nothing like that exists, there's no reason to post this here.

Criminal proceedings are under way for  the assault case against Bigmc and are currently being dealt with by Barnet Police Station and I have stated my intent to them to fully press charges. My neighbours (some of whom are celeberaties) and co-workers who witnessed the unfortunate event have also provided the police with witness statements copies of which have been sent to my lawyer for the pending civil case. The management company have also provided the Metropolitan Police with CCTV footage of the event for examination.

I have further instructed my solictors to also proceed with civil action against Bigmc and supplied them with hundreds of supportive documents  including text messages, whatsapp messages and voice calls showing a repeated and detailed pattern of harrasment, slander, defamation, bullying and death threats to me and my family all intended to damage my reputation and cause me  stress, alarm, distress and harrasment.

This has damaged my reputation and caused me direct and indirect loss of earnings, not to mention medical costs incurred for having to cancel my shoulder surgery.

My solictors have issued intent to sue letter to Bigmc and Bigmc's account here has been proved conclusively to be linked with the individual who assulted me last week.

He is a dangerous and violent man under the influence of anabolic steroids and has a history of abuse and violence and even held a knife to my throat which was documented on video and published here on another occasion when he attended my residence

No stone will be left unturned or expense spared in prosecuting Bigmc both through the criminal justice system as well as the crown court.

If he cannot afford to represent himself in crown court and if any damages are awarded and not paid to me I will fully instruct my solictors to proceed with bankruptsy petition.

No one and I mean no one should ever be allowed to get away with this type of behaviour
