I met Steve Michalik many years ago at my gym. I approaches him. He was still super wide!! He gave me some pointers; don't even remember them but he was a super nice guy!

I dont see a problem doing 50 sets for a bodypart if you are in a groove and enjoying yourself and sustaining a great pump.Otherwise not worth it,so def not an all the time thing but ive done it many times.Pretty sure i wasnt atvmax intensity after 20 sets though.

50 sets, 5 sets you wont look much different either way.... So why waste hrs in the gym to get the same or better results doing less.

I keep repeating this, my best routine when I was starting out was just 3 days a week, hr a session

Chest, arms

Legs

Back and shoulders.....

I have done hundreds before, that's brutal. My buddy started out training at Michalik's Mr. America gym. He used to train with Tony Pandolfo. He was the first one to tell me all the Michalik stories.

Gotta be better than Milos' 30 sets per exercise with 5 different exercises for one body part...like biceps.

50 sets is mental illness. Just bicep tendinitis in the making. And then you need pain killers to do any type of training. Dumb! Guys who do that many sets are all the same. They can't stay out of the mirror. Totally mentally ill. A perfect training system for DLB.

Someone stated Milo's can barely train now because he's riddled with tendonitis...

We argued about this some years ago when he wasn't a fugitive. That was actually worse than CrossFit.
