This fucking paleo rocks. Knock on wood Ive never felt better mentally and physically over an extended period of time. I cheated 4 times in 45 days (poutine every time) and other than that ate on the button. I train extremely hard with a combination of heavy weights, giant sets, bodyweight movements, tons of hitting the heavy bag. Day 1 I could jog 30 seconds. Now I can do 12 minute miles. Taken 3.5 inches off my waist, massively increased strength and aerobic capacity. Threw the scale in the garbage as per Coach is Backs orders so dont have a clue nor a care what I weigh

I also think it gives people a sense of strength in the face of feeling powerless. We all feel powerless when confronted with issues bigger than ourselves. Most people cant directly elicit change via politics. Thus, the next best thing to do is bitch and moan and complain about politics to others. Perhaps these people feel like they are contributing something to the greater good by educating people. In reality, their complains and gripes fall on deaf ears.

nono not in ketosis at all
on the carb side I eat like 100-150g of sweet potato a day and then 200g of some type of green veggie 3x per day (asparagus, zucchini, etc blahblah). I also have a couple chunks of 90% dark chocolate, which is surprisingly super low in carbs

Coach is a good dude.
Most getbiggers are good dudes. There's a couple I wouldn't piss on if they were on fire, but most are solid decent regular people.

nono thats a guesstimation, not exact. Its probably close to that.

I think Galeneko had it spot on. During the diet phase, man up, and don't cheat until you reach your goal.
Once you get to a maintenance level, and you continue to avoid the starchy carbs: bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, your caloric intake should be low enough to include a "Fun Food," everyday.
I recommend this one: 250 calories of awesome.

I use absolutely zero sauces cause Im allergic to a lot of ingredients in them

throw in some bites of 90% dark chocolate in there and thats pretty much it
sometimes i will have another 100g sweet tato at meal 3
that's basically about 80% of my diet but I also include more fats like coconut oil, macadamia nut oil, olive oil, avocado, ghee, also eggs, cheese, full fat cottage cheese, almonds and almond butter. When I eat carbs it's tiny bit of sweet potato and some white rice (basmati).
Also use about 15 grams of Ucan superstarch mixed with Beverly UMP a few hours preworkout (first thing the morning) and also Biotest Mag10 during workout which includes cyclic dextrin.
Probably no more than 100 grams of carbs (or even as low as 50-70) most days
Usually eat/drink whatever I want from Saturday night through Sunday night and then back on track Monday morning

The best diet drug is not one that makes you feel full, or speeds you up and suppresses appetite, it's one that makes you not care 2 fucks whether you are hungry or not.

This is a very low calorie diet, what is that like 1700 calories? Is it really fair to call it Paleo when really it is low calorie? Isn't that the whole scam with Paleo, it ends up being a calorie reducer?
