Good work josh, as i said i started to workout again 5 weeks ago (10months of-bicepsproblems), hardet thing is just to come to the point where you actually start to train.

throw in some bites of 90% dark chocolate in there and thats pretty much it
sometimes i will have another 100g sweet tato at meal 3
