So he stated there's no secret to greatness and then proceeded to explain why the vast majority don't achieve greatness and how to achieve greatness?

You're fortunate enough to be competing in muscle pageants when the field is particularly thin and pathetic.
You can tell yourself that you're something special, you can wax poetic and philosophical about it all you want, but that won't make it true.

I don't think it would be so bad if he wouldn't talk so stupid the rest of the time. His immature online behavior is clue #1 he doesn't believe half of the stuff he says.
