I stay on my diet consistently but whenever I smoke weed or drink...I seem to not care and forget I need to eat clean, any suggestions on how to avoid this as much as possible?

Well yes but it's hard especially being in college where that's what everyone does. Not saying I smoke or drink every day, maybe once or twice a week

Drink a lot of flavoured water and snack on celery dipped in walden farms (whatever flavour doesn't make you gag, for me that's caramel dip). Otherwise don't smoke weed? I only do when I'm not dieting. If I wanna lean out I cut out weed and I rarely drink anyway, maybe 3 or 4 times a year and not to the point of blind drunkenness.

No, I go to a big college and All my roommates go out on weekends and I want to go out with them, I don't drink beer only liquor since it has less calories so like vodka sodas or jack and Diet Coke etc...When I smoke though that's the worst I get crazy munchies

I could list a lot of tips,but if you get high,you`d probably disregard them anyway.

If you're in college and everyone is drinking/eating shitty around you then I'd say you're pretty much fucked. Unless you don't go out and live like a hermit. When I was in college I'm pretty sure I lived on alcohol, redbull, pizza and whatever garbage they sold in convenience stores. I still hit the gym 5 or 6 days a week though! I remember for a couple weeks I'd get vertigo when training because of constant hangovers. Not sure how my liver survived those 4 years...

To me it is pretty simple. If you really wanted to bodybuild bad enough there would always be temptation but there would be no choice for you. You would always pass on the partying. Or minimize it. How about allowing yourself 1 night a month? That way you do not completely starve yourself from it and you also do not appear to be a buzzkill to your friends. Or do both and be limited on your progress. How bad do you want it?

Actually beer is better than hard alcohol such as vodka and whisky.
Just blaze that weed in the evening and have your healthy food nearby and some coke zero...Weed is the best rec for athletes but you have to be careful not to get junky mode and smoke all the time. :)

The real question is do you plan on competing? If not, that is the time and place for things like that.....have a good time dude...there is plenty of innocent homoerotic hazing and date rape you could be missing out on........plenty of time for oil and thongs later. ;)

Guilt free brownies and cookies....anyone try them? Also yeah once a much isn't enough it gets to the point where they force me and my diet is good a majority's of the day...I pretty much fast until like 4-5 and eat a small meal then hit the gym because adderall doesn't make me hungry only thirsty for a lot of water lol. So it's not like I eat shit all day only when I get high or get wasted also @
Bulgarian Enforcer, how is beer better? I thought it has way more calories than just straight liquor?

I`m not trying to bust your balls because I partied like a damn fool back in the day,but you`ve gotta` try to resist temptation somewhat like gymrat said or you`ll always keep cheating.
Anyway,I`ll make up a list that always seems to help me when I diet.

Yes I do plan on competing, but not now. After I graduate and have a full time good paying job. It's too hectic now because of living on campus, parties, girls always trying to come to the house, working 45 hours a week, going to school, lifting, having to cook meals etc. I couldn't focus on prepping now because of my hectic schedule and going out with friends lol...I mean I got pretty damn lean over the summer (around 7-8%) I posted a thread on the steroid forum you can go look at but when I got back to school for some reason all hell broke loose on the last few weeks, I went to the Bahamas, Honolulu, and Miami and partied way too hard for about a month then went back to school and drank and smoked non stop before classes started so I gained a lot of weight back I'm probably 12-13% body fat now because of that

Just eat less early in the day so u can eat as much as u want later when u are high

Yeah... I used to lift when high all the time too, felt amazing getting a pump and looking at yourself when you're high all pumped up and ripped, but for the past month I've been way too lazy Togo if I smoke before now. I feel like something is physiologically going wrong lol

Ml per ML beer is the better option. However, I would advice you against consuming alcohol at all especially when on AAS...your liver will be very busy processing it causing all kind of shit in the body! eating tons of food while drinking vodka/whisky is a good way to get fat and have heart/liver/kidny problems.

Chew some gum with good flavour.
I've realized that it isn't so much that you are hungry when you are high, its that you want to just chew on stuff. This helped me a lot and I smoke daily.

Drink a shitload of water before you go out.........in fact it should be a constant when bodybuilding
Air-popped popcorn and or rice cakes along with a lot of water will cause a feeling of being full due to the popcorn/rice cakes absorbing the water and swelling up.........still very low in calories
Frequent teeth brushing.......old school tactic that really works.... when cravings hit,brush your teeth.
Sugar free gum
Sugar free Jello
Salads and more salads along with more water.
2 chocolate chip rice cakes with natty peanut butter.......only 2..........the fat in the PB will satiate your appetite as fats take longer to digest..........water with this also of course just to help in creating the sensation of being full.

Well with this logic, rarely anyone in college is doing AAS, but you do lots of it....so it doesnt/shouldntmatter what others do or dont do. If you wanted to be like everyone else, you wouldnt juice

i picked one night a wk to get trashed during college and the other night i used to bring protein drinks and canned tuna out with me to the frat parties, i was a dj back then so i was always out two nights a wk. Had to pick and choose my battles, but i will tell you it was like i was always takeing 3 steps forward the 2 steps back .

Yep. But this OP is beyond help though. It takes a pretty messed up kid to be juicing hard as a freshman in college. There is nothing normal about it. He needs to come off, enjoy life. I wasted abiut 3 good years in college just training and eating sweet potato and meats, thinking id be a beast. Never happened, now i regret all that wasted time and delusion. Made very few friends and have very few fond memories of college. Dont waste it kev. Drop the shit

Not a freshman, I'm a junior this year. I haven't let lifting and dieting take over my life yet because I still go out no matter what and drink on the weekends I know I'll never be able to relive these 4 years again

Google Cauliflower Pizza crust. If you know your going to drink heavily and blaze say on a weekend. Make up a bunch of these things as big has you can. Use chicken and cheese and tomato sauce as toppings. Your mind will think your eating a legit pizza but way less carbs/cals.
