Oh brother. Please, with your own words, and don't use google, explain to us what does "accessing mental power" of our brain mean in actuality? Explain also what does "tapping into a vast of genius and personal power" mean. I'm really curious.

Yes we use 100% of our brain but only 10% at a time. There is no "untapped" 90% of the brain that goes un-used.

This statement is untrue. Fact is that we use 100% of our brains.
Nowhere has it been proven to suggest that we only use 10% of our brains. If any medical literature suggests this, please post up the articles from either PubMed or the lancet.

In a nutshell:
Conscious mind: makes daily decisions, interprets events, etc
Subconcious mind: the software of the brain, goes to work 24/7 doing what conscious mind programs it to do.
Superconscious mind: the 6th sense, seeks and brings about situations and events indicated by the subconscious.
So, when the three levels of consciousness are working synergistically, rapid achievement takes place. Goals are met with astonishing effect. Breathtaking.
So, when will you fight for the middle weight world title?

Close but we use a lot of our brain a lot of the time. The 10% thing is inherited broscience disproven by MRIs etc. Mythbusters prob have a youtube clip showing the activity being way higher than 10%.
Either way, brain activity is irrelevant if neurons are not communicating efficiently. I'm sure when on charlie your brain is going mad but most of the dots aren't connecting.

I'm not smart enough to argue about all this shit we are discussing here but here are two statements that may be related to this 10% of your brain discussion.
1. I have a family member who is just about average when it comes to smarts, brains and how they function, but she can hear someone play the piano and then sit at that same piano and play is almost exactly as the original piano player played it.
And she has never had a piano lesson in her lifetime, but she plays a great rinky- tink piano.
2. And when it comes time to recall who lived in an apartment 30 years ago and the date they departed, she is able to provide those details plus their names and where they came from and where they worked.
But eventually she got alzhimers and forgot everything.
About 20 years ago I asked a genius friend of mime to refer me to a book that is impossible to understand by the vast majority of educated earthly individuals.
She referred me to DANCING WU LI MASTERS ... a book about basic Quantum Mechanics.
I'm slowly beginning to understand QM but I am now on my 10th reading of this amazing book and recently had the opportunity to discuss it with a physics professor who said that I had a pretty good understanding of the subject matter which no one completely understands.
I wish that all GetBiggers would read this book and make an attempt at answering some of the questions I still have.
I can guarantee that it will take a shit-load more than 10% to comprehend it completely.
Or even 10% of it.

Anybody can argue their point using studies and statistics. The advent of the internet has made that easier than ever. So called scholars pushing their pet theories using carefully designed studies that yield the desired findings. The only truth I have to hang my hat on is that when I grabbed on to these principles like a drowning man grabbing onto a lifeline, I shed 40 lbs of fat and attained rock hard shredded condition, went from unemployed and depressed to shotcaller on a high power sales team making well into the six figure range overnight, rapidly more than tripled my working vocabulary, assembled and perform in one of the most sought after jazz bands in this region of the country, and basically have my choice of dimepiece ass everywhere I go.
All in less than a year.
This was not a tough task.
