Hamstrings take time to heal, when you think it feels pretty good, take another week off.

Seems worse than what I did years ago, and that took 9 months heal. Take your time getting back into training.

Maybe it was Nick Tumminello that blew up your hamstring. If you would have followed the program I gave you this might not have happened.

You didnt give me a program for the specific thing I was training for...did you?

You have 5 months from now. The previous program was a progression to almost anything. How long and how consistent did you use the program I originally gave you? I'm pretty sure I sent specific guidelines. I always add a ton of posterior chain so not to blow out a hamstring or knee. Give me starting and ending numbers. Btw, Tuminello is a researcher not a trainer.

Don't know why you are doing hill sprints if you are not in shape.
Lucky it was your hamstring and not your Achilles.
Keep up the good fight though.
-
As a fucking expert in pulled hamstrings you need to keep compression on the area, also constantly ice it.

He trains people. That makes him a trainer.

With all respect, but uphill sprints aren't the best choice with your body weight. I assume you perform HIIT training? It's a great way for burning fat, but a stairmaster or stationary bicycle are safer choices. The only thing that sucks is that you can't perform those activities outside. Long walks for about an hour is a nice alternative.

You are aware that we have an invented a bicycle that isn't stationary?

You are aware that you might kiss the bumper of a car during your x-th interval sprint?
-
Didn't I make a poll or thread asking how many posters wanted you gone?
I don't know, I don't pay any attention to your whining and crying.
I'm afraid your stupidity might be contagious

Sure I am, but in general there's a different response time.
But hey if you don't mind to perform HIIT with traffic around you, then go ahead.

Yeah, who besides the models in his demonstrations? I follow the dude. He's more full of himself than I am. lol

I had to stop following him on FB because of his extremely obnoxious and self-ingratiating posts. Every day, "I'm doing a lecture in ____ (big city)... followed up by writing the tenth chapter on a book... then it's onto a Mastermind Meeting... then it's onto a Men's Health interview... then it's onto doing a video..." He one time said that where it says hustle in the dictionary there should be a picture of his face (no lie).

This. I tore a tendon in my calf and didn't miss a beat training my upper body a few years back.
