Tossed salad with kale, beets, carrots, red pepper, lettuce of choice. Oil and vinegar dressing. I gage the beets and carrots; using the juices to add to the dressing. I also sprinkle a pinch of french fine herbs (fines herbes de Provence)

Pretty tasty raw in a salad... Sliced in thin strips... Need to wash the fuck out of it though. It's not GMO so they use a shitfuckton of pesticides on it...

That's way to much insoluble fiber brah, it's a bowel stimulant. Those aren't all that viscous either, psyllium has more pronounced effects on cholesterol, blood glucose then cellulose. Shit your missing pectin (all kinds of health benefits), some fibers alter the micorbiome also.
