That's way to much insoluble fiber brah, it's a bowel stimulant. Those aren't all that viscous either, psyllium has more pronounced effects on cholesterol, blood glucose then cellulose. Shit your missing pectin (all kinds of health benefits), some fibers alter the micorbiome also.
